I will never rent from here again. To make a long story short. One of there employees messed up my mom's 65 Inch tv. I was told by Derrick we are going to replace the tv. I said ok after numerous calls he tells me we haven't had a TV come in that big for a long time. I said ok waited for about 3 months. He gave me the option of getting a 55 inch instead. We got tired of waiting so we agreed. 2 days after this he drops a TV off to my mom. I was at work when I got home we tested the TV out . The home screen comes on but does nothing else. I called Aaron's and left a message for Derrick to call me about the TV he brought by. Nothing no call nothing. Now the TV they messed up was a Samsung they brought us a cheap Hisense tv to replace it. Beware who you rent from this Place is not for me. Update I spoke with Jason the regional Manager. He made sure that my mom's tv was replaced. With a 65 inch TV thank you so much for contacting me and making this happen. I will also continue to rent...
Read moreI originally gave this location 5 stars...after 1 month of being a customer everything has changed. The employees give invalid, incorrect information...they will not honor the lower price they have on the exact same item & its been less than 30 days since the lease was signed.. The 1st week I had to contact them 3-4 times about incorrect information on the app in my account. I was informed it was corrected each time I called. Then looked at the app & the situation was not corrected any of the 3 times I called. Then, the auto draft payment was pulled a day earlier than the agreed upon date.

Read moreRefrigerator was dented when delivered. I was supposed to receive a call back with a date to bring my new refrigerator. That was over a week ago!! I called today and after not hearing back AND the freezer went out this morning. I called and was told that they can’t do anything today and no deliveries on Wednesdays. Well if I was contacted when I was told by the store manager, everything would be taken care of by now. Needless to say I’m returning the fridge Thursday when they can get to it and I will never go through them again.
