This is probably the second best GameStop in my area, the store always looked clean and very organized, the staff seemed very friendly and willing to help. GameStop is a horrible company to work for, I won't ignore that fact, but their workers here seem very passionate about helping people make the right decisions for what they need.
I've never felt like they were twisting my arm to try and make an extra buck, I'd have a conversation with them about a game I wanted to preorder or purchase, and they'd make a suggestion of a similar game that I might also enjoy. In almost all cases though, it was a game I already played. Which wasn't a bad thing, it means they were spot on with their suggestions and honestly if I hadn't already owned said game, I'd of probably looked into it.
As with most my reviews, I'd like to say that this store seems very LGBT friendly. I'm a transgender woman and every time I've been to this store the staff have addressed me in a polite manner. I never felt this environment was hostile in any way towards me based on my LGBT status.
A side note, and what keeps it from five stars, is that they are located next to a Walmart super center, and share parking with it essentially. Not only is parking horrible in this area 24/7, but this walmart is one of the worst and dirtiest ones in this entire region. It feels extremely unsafe just being in this general area due to the way it looks all run down. It's not the store's fault, but they really should look to moving to a different area...
Read moreJust left this store looking for a Tears of Kingdom Amiibo that showed in stock. Spoke with associate and he replied that he wished people would call to assure the inventory is accurate. We did call….we’ve been calling the dam store for 15 minutes! Even called the store while inside to prove there phone isn’t ringing. The associate found the item and said it was on hold, but that there was no name of customer. I asked how long you hold items and he explained, where I then asked how long this Amiibo was on hold and he said it did not specify. So we have an item on hold for a customer with no name, no date, and a store that has no telephone to pick up. Very SUS. I should have just walked in and said, “I’m here to pick up my Amiibo on hold” and your young Einstein behind the counter would have not known any different. I can’t blame this particular associate that worked the 4th of July for this incident, but if your system says the item is available then it’s available. If it’s on hold, take it off your inventory! And if it’s truly on hold, put the correct dam information down or sell it to the customer who is ready to purchase. Thanks for wasting our 20...

Called back with reciept and card within 20mins after the purchase was told once card is scanned that they do not have anything to do with it being activated. I've come here over the years multiple times and never had a problem,but Clerk wasnt very helpful,if i bought another card that once scanned and didnt work again that they couldn't guarantee it or once again not have anything to do it. You have to deal with Roblox and go thru them. I was upset bcos i said how do i knw if it even was active or not scanned by mistake. These days its easy for a dishonest person to ring u up and give u reciept for a transaction and scam u at same time..
