Not quick and not about customer service.
We stopped her off the freeway because we needed quick as we have a flight to catch in a couple hours from New Orleans …food trucks are always quick…right…
No other customers, walked up to the window and the guy closed it. Continued to cut meat at the window. Two full minutes he stood there looking at me I ordered from the daily special menu. Sorry don’t have that and forgot to change the menu. Ordered shrimp tacos, he suggested the fire cracker tacos. Also ordered chilaquiles and birria tacos. Asked if the chilaquiles were soggy or crispy. He said crispy.
29 minutes later!!!! I went to the window to ask about our order. The girl asked for my name and what our order was. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE. Two min later our food was given to us. ONLY ONE TACO in one container. Chilaquiles were soggy. No rice, no beans, not full at all. Chilaquiles were in a foam container with a hump that took most of the room
Still hungry. $40 waste of money! Would have given five stars for taste but portions and old soggy...
Read moreI gave 3 stars for the food, because it looks very good, but I wasn’t able to try it. My husband and I saw on Google that this place had raving reviews, and wanted to try for ourselves. We got there at 5:20 p.m., since we saw that the business didn’t close until 6. The employee looked at us and did not acknowledge us at all. We even tried to ask if they were closed early, and my husband yelled to try and get his attention, but he looked at us several times and still didn’t acknowledge us. If the hours on Google were wrong, then we would’ve at least appreciated some sort of communication between someone that’s supposed to represent their company instead of being stared at then ignored. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10+ years, and have never straight ignored someone that, even if I can’t serve them today, I can at least take the chance to convince them to catch us next time. The location where the business is at is already a hassle, and for the treatment we received, we aren’t interested in trying...
Read moreParking lot is almost impossible to access. Takes a very long time for food to get ready. I got my food to go, and I should have checked the bag. They completely forgot my fries, and the amount of food is comical. The right 1/2 of the box is just lettuce. This was nearly $25.

EDIT: So, It turns out the business had my order wrong! So the snark that they replied with, which you can see here, is completely wrong. The food I ordered did in fact include fries, it wasn't worth the money, and they are refusing to give me my money back. Don't come here unless you want to be stolen from and for people to be rude to you
EDIT 2: shout out to USAA for recovering my money. The business owner was nasty and refused to give me a refund but my credit card ruled in my favor, because it was so obvious that I was right....
