Great facility, but the employees are a NIGHTMARE! When I had my boys party here, the staff were fantastic. Months later down the road (to today) the staff showed how much they "actually" care about the safety of your children. PARENTS BEWARE!! I never had the eerie feeling of closely (to the point of almost holding heir hand) so closely as I did today! The facility employees on the floor ratio to the children was ridiculous! Maybe about 150 kids or more to maybe 4 or 5 staff members on the floor "watching". They weren't even paying attention to the kids! Especially in the dodgeball pit! My boys were playing in there y several other kids that were about the same age and things were fine until more big kids (ages 16+) joined in and then it started getting rough. All the big kids were on one side against the little ones. Granted i usually tell my boys to be tough when playing rough games such as this, but this just got extremely ridiculous! They were throwing the balls hard (which my boys and I could handle), but they were also throwing the balls at the kids faces, really hard, which I absolutely have no tolerance for and the rules on the wall had clearly stated. I watched as the attending employee looked around not caring for about 15 min. Another employee came along and chit chatted with this particular employee and they were both just slacking and not paying attention to the kids whatsoever and allowing these children to bully each other with headshots. I had enough, i SCREAMED at one of the kids throwing these hard balls and then i screamed at the employee for allowing such atrocity. I ushered my boys away and then proceeded to the concession stand to ask for a manager. She seemed like she was under the influence of something seeing as she had to ask me "what?" several times with a rude apathetic attitude. I was then pointed in the direction of the attending manager. I introduced myself and then proceeded to inform him of the concern with my children being hit in the face with the balls hard to which he replied "Yeah, that happens a lot" with very little concern. He then told me he will speak to the employees. No apologies, no concern in asking if my child was ok or not. Just went on with what he was doing. What a joke. I continued to monitor my boys closely as well as watch the floor for others that may be in the same situation. I watched as another mother held her crying child because she also got hurt, but not raising any concerns with the manager. I watched as the rest of the employees stood around looked at themselves or talking with each other. Obviously this place needs to do something about staffing AND child safety before other children get seriously hurt! This place is just promoting bullying in another form! Like I mentioned before, it is a nice facility with fair prices, but my children's safety come first and I will not sit back and allow something to happen to them or any other children for that matter and not raise concern. I can't stress this enough, PARENTS BEWARE! Not of the facility itself, but because of the employees that allow YOUR children, YOUR BABIES! To be hurt because you "signed the waiver" that allows them to be hurt. This is just covering their negligent employees and the company that doesn't care about your kid's safety. 2 stars only because I liked the facility and what it had to offer. 0 stars for the employees and...

The facilities are great, but they are not considerate to people/families that have young children/babies. Do not bring your children that are in any kind of device like a stroller (or other ambulatory/mobilty equipment) because you will not be allowed to take your stroller in all places (even with ample room/space/not blocking) to watch your other children that you have paid for. My advice if you have children that are not able to play on the equipment yet is to not plan a family day because you will not be allowed to participate with every member of your family via proximity or viewing. Also, there is no changing table in the men’s restroom.

In response to your reply, being off to the side in the sitting area next to the couches that you have provided is not in any way next to the trampolines or you would not have a sitting area with couches there. Please consider that it may not be possible for a parent to hold more than one child if they have younger children. I hope that you are also aware that a child of certain young ages, should not be able to be away from their parents/guardians/sitters in any public setting for their safety even if there was someone watching the door for children, leaving with who they arrived with- which there is not. Also, you are correct in your response, you chose and choose not to accommodate. Please consider that some children or even adults have special needs that may need ambulatory assistance devices. They must be allowed to be in all areas. Again, there is no diaper changing station in the men’s bathroom. That was not addressed in your reply. I want to add that the staff was very kind and hated that they had to ask to remove my children and the stroller they were in from the viewing area we were in. One staff member, a young man, even came back to check and make sure if there was anything he could do to make our visit better after we were politely...

Make sure you watch your host. Never had an issue here until last night. Our party host, I guess assumed no one would notice, and gave four slices of our pizza to another altitude employee to take to the back and eat. Piled them up on the plate and he ran off to the back for his dinner on my tab.

He at first tried to say it was only one slice, but when pressed that it was 'more like four,' he shrugged and said, "Yeah, I should have asked first..."

We've never had a bad experience here, so it's really unfortunate that apparently this is a thing; you could tell this must happen often and he just happened to get caught. I have to wonder how often the party goers' food/drink is an employee buffet. I would love to feed the employees as well, but unfortunately we're not that well off. Especially with the cost of things as they are, it's not appreciated that our fare was given away to people outside of our party without...

The kids were able to run off some energy on a really cold day. The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. The Wipeout attraction was closed which was a bummer. The kids working didn't really want to help too much. One kid was really helpful and was running many stations by himself. Other than that they just sat there. My kids wanted to do the ninja course and were told the cones were up so they couldn't use it. 5 minutes later there were a bunch of kids in it. A large group of teenagers came in to play dodge ball and were being awful. Trash talking beyond just being competitive and calling my 11 year old daughter foul names. This isn't entirely the parks fault but I also feel like nothing is done about these types of situations. It did fill a void in our cold day but I wish we would've saved the money for something else.

This gentleman shown needs some acknowledgment for sure!! He was the kindest and observant of all his surroundings. He saw a spill, cleaned it up. He saw a boy on the bench while he was passing by and untied his knotted shoe for him. He was working the sky course and just helped and encouraged everyone as they went along! This man always had a smile and would fist bump the kids and say “see you next time”! The world needs more kind people like him!! His name is Christian and the other one was Greg.

No family restroom accommodation for fathers and daughters or mothers and sons. The place also allows people to loiter at the front corner of their building. When the business was altitude, Josh* (manager) didn't allow this when reported and would keep an eye out because he knows the area. Unfortunately childhood development isn't taken into consideration for those 6 and under or for special needs. Many children need their parent to go down slides at least twice to move past fear.
