I have bought many many plain tshirts from this company but just recently started using them for prints too. They designed and printed my koozies for my wedding and it worked out great. I’ve had 2 orders since then and those have both turned to be terrible experiences. My family and I were all going to Disney, all using Paisley Grace for our shirts. She gave no one in our family their shirts on time, I actually almost had to go on my trip without them because they were so late. I kept trying to stay in touch with them to make sure they were done in time when it should’ve been them reaching out to me and apologizing to me. My shirts looked great so I let that one slide. Fast forward I order a Mardi Gras shirt for Thursday, I forgot to pick it up Thursday so I swung by on my lunch to pick it up Friday. I walked up to the counter, she asks what I’m there for, I tell her to pick up my shirt, she asks what one then explains it to me (so she knew what I was there for) then proceeds to tell me she hasn’t done it. I got no phone call, text, email, fb message or anything that it wasn’t done or was done. When I placed the order I asked her if she was sure she could do it by Thursday and she said yes. There was no apology. There was no “well I have this Mardi Gras print if you would like this” she made me feel both times as if I was in the wrong and not her. I left with nothing. Dropped off my grandson’s baseball bag to have his name embroidered. The lady that was in the shop didn’t know the turn-around time for it to be completed. So she told me that someone would be in touch with me. I waited two days while attempting to call and text with no response. I went back in the shop two days later to pick my bag up and take it elsewhere. The same lady assured me that it could be done the next day and she would have the embroiderer call me. When I received that call, she wasn’t very friendly at first and was quick to tell me that it was a 2 week turn-around time to do the bag but she would do it tomorrow with a rush fee. If she would’ve only called me like I initially asked and told me this, I would’ve gone elsewhere. She stated she would send me a proof the next day before doing the embroidering. I didn’t receive the proof the next day; I received the proof 1.5 hours before I told them I would be there to pick it up. The proof looked great and told her it was perfect after fixing one minor detail. The work was not very good!! I was sick when I saw the job she did because this was a gift for my grandson’s birthday. The letters in the name aren’t straight and the letter k has imperfections in the stitching.
