Absolutely love this store! Although, recently when I did an online order, and when I visited to pick it up, I didn't have the best experience. The poor cashiers were run with a full line of people wanting holiday specials, while one of the managers (male, with glasses on) was just scanning trees over in the part in front of the cashiers. They called for my online order twice, which was not answered. He started walking up and one of the cashiers asked him if he was going to grab my order, and he said "No, I'm-um still um-scanning." I understand the importance of getting things like inventory complete, as someone whose had experience as a general manager before. But, also working in the customer service industry, there is big importance with prioritizing customers and teamwork over merely "scanning" things while your crew is sinking. That lowers overall team morale, and I hope this comment reaches someone who can help a bit, as I did have to wait over 20 minutes for an order I had already paid for. The cashiers were great though, I don't remember the girl who kept asking if someone was getting my order despite being swamped with customers, but I really appreciated her and that's the reason why I'm still rating this...

This was my first visit back to At Home since Christmas of 2019. I had such a horrible experience with the staff, cleanliness of the store and the product I couldn’t buy because it was in a box the staff hasn’t opened. Today, I was completely blown away. This store looks brand new! I had to walk outside and check to make sure I was in the right place. The store was clean, with beautiful displays and all the product was neatly lined on the shelves. I was completely speechless. I asked the young girl, Patricia I think was her name, what changed for the store to look the way it does. She said they got a new Director from another store. I asked for her to kindly call him and man, did y’all make the right decision. As he walked up, he was singing the song that was playing on the radio with the biggest smile on his face. You could certain tell he loves his job!! I thanked him for coming to this store and let him know how awful it was in the past. He knew his store inside and out and gave me his card with his personal number on it if I ever had a problem. His name was Matthew and I hope someone from the Corporate Office reads this review. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this store today. I came in with my newborn baby, who was in her car seat carrier placed in the shopping cart. I browsed but ultimately didn’t make any purchases. When I left, I pushed the cart—with only my baby and her diaper bag in it—out to my car. Note: This was the first time I have left my home with my baby by myself.
As I had loaded her into the car and was ready to leave, someone from the store approached my vehicle and startled me. I rolled my window down and was accused of stealing a cart full of merchandise. This accusation was completely unfounded and incredibly upsetting. As I was accused, I asked the associate if they would like to search my car or review the camera footage, to which they declined. I have visited this store several times, but I will never shop here again.
