The website says this location opens at 7am. I made an online order 7:58am, went to drive thru to let property know “hey I’m here to get pick up my online order!” Just like it says do on the BK app. The person at the drive thru informed me, they were not “open” nothing was set up. I asked how long it would take considering they had just ran my card. I got no response! So I sat and waited. I mean how long, 10 min 20 min what? Well the person came back over the speaker and rudely asked me to move from the drive thru menu. I said I asked a question and never got a response. Then I was rudely told again they’re not open they’re not ready! I asked AGAIN how long would it take? I was rudely told “20 min, there isnt anything setup or ready to even start your online order; just give me 20 min now please drive off from the menu!” According to the website hours, they should have been open for an hour already! Now, if the time is incorrect on website, it needs to be corrected- HOWEVER, the employees do NOT have to be rude just because they’re not ready! Be more polite and it would be received better! Be more informative and considerate and there wouldn’t be upset customers! This is typically the main location I use, but if this is the type of service To be received EVERY visit, then maybe this location needs to be re-staffed or retrained or just stop visiting this location all together! What’s worse is it’s cruisin’ the coast, they should be ready and prepared for this is a prime money making opportunity! How much business was turned away due to irresponsibility of the staff not being there on time or being prepared to open the store on time! Doesn’t help when employees are standing outside talking instead of inside working. Very common at this location. This is unacceptable!
As I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting to get my order, I’ve watched 10 cars come thru! That’s 10 cars in 15 min!!!!
So I wait 20 min and go back thru, at this point they should have already started my order.... no I have to wait even longer for them to do my order. This morning shift needs to get it together!
The gentleman who delivered my order was very polite, smiling, and apologetic! Thank you sir for making my experience a little better after all the...
Read moreWow, it was weird. We had to repeat our order in the drive thru line about 6 times before the clerk was able to comprehend it and correctly charge us. As always these days, the dang ice cream machine was out of order. I was unable to get a chocolate milkshake. It was only around 8:30pm. The place was dead. There was one SUV ahead of us and no one behind us. The SUV was finished and gone in a flash. At the same time a couple of cars pulled up behind us. There were about 3 or 4 passengers in each vehicle. They were very loud and disruptive. I was irritated that my front driver's side window motor quit working recently. I had to pull forward and open my door to pay and receive my order. Long story (not short really) haha...it was just plain strange. The somewhat hearing impaired clerk was wearing a bright purple, Katy Perry Halloween wig and moved very slow. There was a super strong, pungent odor (similar to the smell of skunk roadkill) swirling all around the area. Possibly from the vehicles behind us...and maybe from inside the restaurant. I didn't know what the heck...but it was strange. I couldn't put my finger on it exactly; but it was as if the crew members were purposely trying to ward off business. I'm pretty sure the people waiting behind us were friends of the sluggish employees. I will take my business elsewhere for sure. If that was the goal of that BK...then they achieved it. You apparently can "NOT have it your way" at Burger...
Read moreIs drove up to the drive thru to order food at this particular location on Monday September 6th We were on our way to evacuate to a hotel because of the hurricane Ida situation. We sat at the drive-through window to order our food no one responded or even greeted us. I eventually said hello to get someone's attention And I heard the speaker come on and people talking. Then I heard someone say someone can talk to these people because I don't want to be bothered with people today. I immediately drove around to the window where you receive your food and spoke to a lady. She said she was the manager and refused to give me the district manager's phone number. I made it apparent to her that I was disappointed that she was the manager and running the business the way she was the way she was. Told her that this is the reason why your parking lot is empty and there's no one in the drive-through because of the way that you are managing this place with the employees who are not wanting to service individuals coming through the drive-through. I used to be a Burger King manager and I know that Burger King would not want their product or their customers to be treated this way I'm very ashamed and embarrassed for not only Burger King but for the employees who are there trying to make a hard earned living and when you're not selling product and not servicing customers that is very hard to put money in people's pockets so that they can survive and...
