Face to face customer service is very important to me especially now a days. I don't expect it from everyone and anyone. It's your choice. Doesn't bother me at all if someone acts like an @$$ so when someone really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome it means a lot. I am not new to collecting but it has been a while since I went into a gaming/ hobby store. My daughter (4.5) wanted to look at Pokemon cards. We know nothing about Pokemon cards. We went in and Gio greeted us and helped us and talked to us until we were good. Merchandise is merchandise -- can go anywhere and buy what you want, having a friendly face help you with some knowledge means more. Gio knew I was in there to just ask some questions and not buy anything and he still took his time to help us. Yes, he even talked to my daughter like a person not a "child" which meant a lot too.

Came in today to see what I could sell my Pokémon cards for, and I don’t know who the person was who was looking at my cards but he was a large man and had a disgusting attitude towards me. Later on when I said I just rather hold onto my cards and put in the work to get them graded and sell them for more, he then proceeded to say to me “thanks for making me quit my game and have you waste my time” as he then walked away with a smirk on his face. I’m sorry but I guess now a card game being played when I came into the store waiting for a good couple of minutes for him to acknowledge me is more important than greeting me as soon as I came into the store and try to help me out with what I came there to do. Every other time I have been here all of the other employees have been kind and awesome to talk to, today was not that day. Just utterly disgusted with...

At the mall with my family...and my smartphone dies...Gamers World was the closest place so I walk in...see a gentleman behind the counter...I ask him for 2-3 min lightning charge via the USB-C so I can text my family/locate them. The gentleman behind the counter says..."five below has them"...so I say...you cannot me give me a few minutes charge so I can notify my family where I am? He said, no.

Just saying...it's not nice...and tbh, I have never shopped here but have walked by it many times. Do they have things I could purchase, yes...am I ever going to do that? No...
