Kohl's — Local services in Gurnee

After being a Kohl’s customer for nearly 30 years... There are two reasons I will NEVER shop at Kohl’s or Kohls.com again. Reason #1: I CANNOT BREATH inside any of your stores since you have installed Sephora! Their toxic fumes take over the entire store. There is absolutely no excuse to poison clean air with the obnoxious odors of perfume, that cause instant headaches and respiratory problems. The entire store smells like bottles are being pumped through the airducts. Get rid of Sephora or wall it up to the ceiling and put a heavy door on it, then ask your employees is they’ve noticed any symptoms! Reason #2: I can understand a service dog policy, but I’m not sure why Kohl’s has gone so WOKE as to allow pets inside your store. I encountered a woman with small dog (wearing a sweater) in a stroller and about 40 yards around the corner, I saw a pile of DOG POOP on the floor along with poop tracks. I asked an employee if pets were allowed, other than service dogs, he said “well... it’s not a tiger is it?” He stopped chuckling when I showed him the poop that needed to be cleaned up! I spend a lot of money at this store, but I will start going to the Kenosha location. Thursday I spent 700.00 in the store and because I've never used the Khols cash, or rewards because they always expire, I wasn't sure what's the difference in them. Today I called to get clarification on exactly how I can use the rewards and the cash. So Christy or Kristy answered the phone and she was extremely rude! Her tone and disposition was as if I had bothered her, and on top of that she stopped in the middle of supposably explaining to me and had a full conversation with someone else as if she wasn't on the phone with a customer who had already spent money in the store. She didn't say, " can you hold on a moment, excuse me" nothing, just started conversing with someone else. After I asked for the manager, she put me on hold for a while then Olga picked up with an attitude. I'm just one customer but my money is accepted at any Kolhs. My favorite thing about Kohls are the coupons that are good on EVERYTHING! However... i wont be returning to the Gurnee store. I cant understand why its always in such disarray! I specifically went in today for Chaps brand jeans. Found the sign but not 1 pair of pants were Chaps. I wondered over to the clearance section & every single item was in the wrong area. Not 1 womens size was in the coordinated marked spot. Racks are always overstocked to the point i knock about 6 items down to get to the one i need(yes i pick it up). I also went to shoes & didnt even attempt to go through the ransacked department! Looking for Sketchers but decided to forgo that whole section. I walked out with nothing.
