First time I’ve ordered from this place and it was a total let down. There’s no option online to modify your order but I made sure to leave instructions. I wanted to make sure that the order was going to be made correctly and I called. Phone went to voicemail. When I arrived, I ask the young lady if the order was made without modifications and she confirmed. I showed her my phone call and my order where she confirmed that I called and left instructions and she just told me that I should’ve kept calling. I asked her if it could be remade and she said no because they wouldn’t get paid for it. I requested a refund because I still hadn’t touched the bag. I was denied again. She claimed that the manager wasn’t there but that’s not the best customer service. I could’ve wait for the order to be made correctly and wanted to try their food but I wasn’t going to pay twice and only receive one order which I wouldn’t be able to eat either way because of the ingredients that I specified...

Ordered Huevo ranchero and the order was nothing like I would expect. I received soggy tortilla, drowned in red sauce. The main issue was, the added slice ham on the tortilla. I have never had huevo ranchero with sliced ham before. Since I do not eat Pork, and ham was not listed as a ingredient. The order was inedible and a waste. Terrible customer service. Do not order from here from their direct website because your order AND your money will end up lost in space. Ordered from them and never received my food. And owners refused to give either a refund or my original order. Owners have zero competence for whats going on with their own website.
