Same Burrito 9ine — Restaurant in North Bergen

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I called and they got my order, my address but the person just said thank you and hung up. No name or how much it was going to be, an hour passed and I had to call to ask.. they went to the wrong address, the lady said she was going to check and had to call back 15mins after that to tell her to cancel the order because it’s been more than 1 hour since I ordered, and I didn’t want to pay for something that’s cold; this lady had the audacity to tell me not to call again. Most disrespectful girl working in the front I will never step foot in this place again. My girlfriend called up to place the order i went to pick it up the girl in front was totally disrespectful the second i walk in. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich when I ask her how much longer she got even more of an attitude i finally took the sandwich told she was rude she starts waiving her hand in my face straight disrespectful. This woman should not be in the customer service industry she has no class what so ever. Not metion how dirty the place was...

Burritos are a good size, guacamole is good. Nachos were good. However I wish they put chimol/pico de gallo on the nachos or like an option for a queso sauce instead of just cheese and sour cream. Same for burritos, they seem to only have french fries as a side, would be cool if they could do like nachos and a small extra quac or salsa or something.

Chicken sandwiches were good, steak sandwiches were good and a great size as well!
