I’m giving this rating because the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Be prepared to wait—my project didn’t start until three months after I submitted all the necessary paperwork. If you have any issues, don’t expect a reply. It seems like complaints disappear into a black hole of no response. While the driveway looks decent, they didn’t level it properly, so now when it rains or I use my hose, I have to deal with puddles instead of proper drainage. I even had to wear rain boots at times.
