This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. My entire order was wrong for my party, and many chair covers were ripped at the seams, rendering them useless. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

After I paid for all of my items, only THEN did they inform me that they did NOT carry what I ordered. They somehow made a “mistake” and I was forced to scramble an entire different color scheme 3 days before the party!!!! It made no sense to me, because I was in their showroom and they are the ones who told us that everything was available.
Do not use this company if you plan on having an upscale or even a moderate party. Even in their office, if you look closely- all of their items are in need of repair or repainting. A detail that I overlooked, a very costly mistake.
They sent me tablecloths that were more than 3 ft longer (all the way around) than I ordered. Since they only let you pick up the items one day in advance, we did not recognize the mistake until we got into the place to set the party up. I called the office and left messages- no one would return my call. Nothing fit, and all the colors were WRONG.
I had to improvise and tie the excess fabric under the tables with bungee cords. My tables were a disaster. I was so distraught and yet I still tried to make the best of what they gave me in hopes that they would reach out and fix their mistakes. (Spoiler alert: they didn’t.)
The chair covers that were provided were not even the same color or fabric and had wonky fitting. We had to cancel out 3 tables in total with 18 chairs because of the crummy quality and rips to the fabric.
Once party members arrived, my Aunt who is 80, tripped and fell over the table leg and excess fabric, causing her to need to see a wound specialist to have a truly massive blood blister the size of a softball removed. Not one apology from this place- and I have reached out and showed them pictures of the injury since it happened. The tablecloths were TOO long. Another costly mistake!
Fast forward to the return of the items, they insisted that I was “missing one tablecloth” after I explained what they had done to my party. I was also grieving over the lack of communications with them, and wondering why they hadn’t returned my phone calls the day of the party to fix their mistakes. They made the mistakes, but tried to pawn this off on my family?
To make matters worse, they stood there and began speaking in Spanish to each other for over 10 minutes, knowing full well that neither my grandmother or I spoke the language.
Hopefully they read this and know that I recorded what they were saying to each other, using my iPhone,and yes- you made a BIG mistake by trying to make it seem like you had “no idea” what we were talking about.
They promised to reach out to the owner and get back to us over these grievances. It’s been 3 weeks and they have ignored us for the final Time. I may not get my money back, but I will inform everyone I possibly can about this business and to stay FAR away!

Read moreOh Brother where do i start with this place!! The manager Joanna is extremely nasty and talks to customers as if they are her children. I wanted to rent 2 marquee numbers for my event and made the deposit the month prior. When I called to see exactly when I needed to pay the rest of the total, the lady on the phone told me i never sent the deposit which is untrue. she told me she would call me back in 10 minutes, and never called back. i then called back 2 hours from then and spoke to someone else and found out that they included a champagne wall on my contract, which i never asked for or agreed to. Then, I expressed to the manager , Joanna that i wanted a refund and i guess she wanted to shut me up so she agreed to the refund. I called back hours later to express that i never received my money, and then that’s when she decided to explain that she need approval from ownership to grant me my refund(which was wrong on her end because at that point she never mentioned she had to get approval so i went out and bought the expensive tools myself to make it). so then she calls me back an hour after that saying that ownership denied the refund and i can’t get it back, i was so heated because she agreed to the refund, and i spent money buying the materials, just for her to tell me hours later she can’t do it. I decided to complain to ownership, and I called today asking if i could get their number. Instead of Joanna giving me her bosses number, she proceeded to argue with me saying that I have “nothing to complain about” and that I need to “understand that i’m not eligible for a refund”. the way she talks to customers is absolutely disgusting and no one should be in a manger position and spoken to that way. when i asked for the ownerships number she proceeded to tell me that “she doesn’t have to give me anything” and constantly interrupted me by speaking when i was speaking. Oh! And to add a cherry on top, while i was speaking to her, the nasty rat hung the phone up on me. Then, I guess after making a scene, they called me back saying ownership approved my refund and that i was gonna get it back but i’m banned from booking with them. GOOD!!!! I would never wanna rent from this nasty place ever again, poor customer service with a nasty manager! also, the girl who told me i was gonna get the refund also hung up on me so it’s not just the manager it’s also the staff too. So if you guys ever have a problem with them, just know that the manager, Joanna is gonna act like she’s the head when she’s not! ask for corporate or ownership and if she refuses to give it to you, make a big deal! customer service is of the upmost importance and if you want good service i’m telling you DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS NASTY PLACE WITH THEIR NASTY STAFF!!!!!

My party is on a Sunday but they said they are closed Sundays therefore delivery would be on Saturday and pick up would be on Monday. I decided to go ahead and have a contract created. After some back and forth and changes to rental items, deposit was sent on February 9 for $210. I was notified by the venue that because they have a wedding on Saturday, my delivery had to be on Sunday because they had no place to hold my rental props. I called on April 7th to make the change and request that items be delivered on Sunday, the day of the party as opposed to Saturday. First, they mentioned they did not find my information, then they said they did not find my payment. After becoming frustrated, I went in person. Initially, I was told that delivery would be free after spending a certain amount, the numbers with lights I requested would be painted in black for no additional charge since that is what I needed and they did not have them. When I arrived in person, I ha to give my information and after "searching" my payment was found. Employee was annoyed at my frustration. She expected me to be fine with them not finding my deposit. That annoyed me even more. I thought customer service was supposed to help customers not challenge them?! I was eventually told delivery was $200. and that I would be charged $60. for the black paint on the marquee numbers. When I stated I wanted to cancel my rental, they said it was non refundable! so let me get this right, you can't find my payment for the deposit, then you find it and tell me I can not have it back because I was misinformed by one of their employees? Eventually, a "manager" said that for the inconvenience, they would deliver on Sunday but for the $200. fee. So for my inconvenience, he was going to delivery on the day I need my props?? How is that an accommodation? We ended up getting our full deposit back without much fight but what bothered me is that had I never called to try to reschedule the delivery, I would have been sitting waiting on the day of the event for the props that were never "reserved" according to the company. When I asked how this could happen, what kind of system do they have that does not show when $210. is submitted? I was told ,"These things happen".
