I’ve been coming here for two year now and never had an issue with the employees. However, this summer I can say it’s the second time I am leaving this place upset. The first time was because I felt one of your staff was rude to another client and the second time was because I needed something for my pool and knowing the store closes at 7pm I rushed to the store and made it 5 minutes to 7. The same associate was inside by the counter I believe closing for the day and the doors were close. For my understanding the closing time is 7 that’s when the doors close. I work in customer service and we close doors at the time of closing, heck we even stay 5 minutes pass our closing time. Their employees (mostly the manager with the burgundy shirt and the grey hair ponytail) walk around with a nasty leave me alone face and when you ask him a question he is immediately bothered and gets upset. They are snippy and nasty and have an attitude. I feel so bad for the employees there is about 2-3 of them when I come in they try to be helpful but usually they look scared when they have to ask the one of the managers for help to find a part. Read moreI recently visited a pool supply store and experienced a situation where the staff couldn’t adequately explain the chemicals. It seemed like they lacked sufficient knowledge about pool chemicals, which greatly affected the reliability of their service.
It would be much better to implement an AI system to provide accurate information about the chemicals. An AI system can deliver trustworthy information quickly and accurately, allowing customers to purchase chemicals with confidence.
