2020: This little jewelry store is amazing and has the best family working there. Seriously, you’ve found a really special place and I cannot recommend them enough. I bought my wife’s custom-made engagement ring here on the advice of a friend, who also purchased his custom ring here. Let me tell you, their customer service is second to NONE. I was treated like family every time I walked in here and every time I had a question or concern I was heard.

This is so much better than ordering online since you get to support a local business, have lifetime service, the ability to speak with a real person, an actual brick and mortar location, the list goes on and on. After a few months of being married, we stopped by to have her ring cleaned and slightly resized. They were so great and bent over backwards to make sure we felt special and appreciated as customers. My wife was very impressed. If they can, they will customize, clean or resize your jewelry while you wait or browse around the shops in the area.

If you need a special piece of jewelry for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or just because, I highly recommend this little store. I will be purchasing all my future serious jewelry here because of their atmosphere and service. Thank you DeSimone, you guys are the best!

DeSimone is the place everyone should go to for any jewelry needs. My fiancé and I got engaged in the beginning of December 2021 and every step of the journey was handled perfectly by the DeSimone family. Everyone who works there is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and it is evident that they truly just want to give each person/couple exactly what they want for the best price they can offer.

We looked at engagement rings prior to finding DeSimone and the differences between the two experiences were night and day. It was so clear to us that the workers at DeSimone are much more knowledgeable than other jewelers and they also make you feel understood and like you are getting a fair price because everything is laid out perfectly in front of you and there are never any surprises.

In our experience, DeSimone went above and beyond (the details still have not been 100% revealed to me) to make my engagement become the best day of my life. DeSimone did everything they could to ensure my ring was perfect and ready to go the day of our engagement and I could not be more impressed with the result. We have already referred a couple who is our best friends to DeSimone for their engagement ring, and we will continue to recommend this place to anyone we know.
