My fiancee and I went for our anniversary. Late on a Friday night and we were able to get an outdoor reservation the same day. Very cute and quaint, I saw both very casual dress and more formal among the other guests, so you'll be comfortable in whatever you wear. The waiter was very nice and attentive without being over bearing. We ordered quite a bit on the menu. The olives, which were nice and fresh. Oeufs sur oeufs (which idk but I think they were deviled eggs, for those like me, who don't know what that means😅) I'm not really a fan of deviled eggs, but these were nice and fresh and light, and had a very pleasant creaminess to them. The chicken liver mousse....I have to be honest, this was not our thing, but we had never tried it and we were being daring. Nothing against the chef, I'm sure people who like that sort of thing will love it! The assiette de fromages, Is basically a cheese platter. Highly recommend. I don't remember what kind of cheese it was, but we will absolutely be getting that again. Delicious. Escargot, it was my first time trying them and I will probably try them again in the future, not bad. My fiancee liked them. We also got the frog legs, which freaked me out a little bit they really do taste like chicken! And they came with a dipping sauce that we loved, any extra bread went in there! Very light and crispy and tender. For entree's we got the skate and the duck, accompanied by the ratatouille and the fingerling potatoes. Both were cooked very well, the duck was my favorite, not greasy at all and very meaty. The skate was light, flaky, moist and seasoned well. Everything came out the perfect temperature, not too hot, and you could tell everything was coming directly from the chef to our table without pause. Now, the desserts. Just wow. Really fantastic. I had a cake that was made out of crepes, it was beautiful, and David had the creme brulee Wich had fantastic flavor. Neither was too sweet. Both managed to be rich, but somehow delicate at the same time. We will absolutely be back and thank the staff for the...
Read moreA great French addition to Haddonfield's BYOB scene. The escargot in a tasty persillade sauce was a wonderful way to start things off. The skate wing and the chicken were both excellently prepared, and the roasted carrots topped with a pistachio aillade was a great accompaniment, with a serving size plenty for two. Finished with a plate of excellently selected cheeses. The menu is small, but has a wide range of dishes. The restaurant itself is also small but comfortable, with nice spacing between the tables despite the limited space. Only complaint would be that on a warm night it can get a little stuffy (thought they are working on this) and that noise levels can make it a little difficult to converse. Service is very friendly and professional, as you'd expect from the owners of the also excellent (but slightly fancier) Two Fish, located nearly across the street. Limited seating and its certain popularity will make finding a table difficult, but its definitely worth fitting it into your schedule. I know I'll be back to explore the rest...

Perfection on every level and a very memorable dining experience. It is the best kept culinary secret in South...
