Many times things are just ok. But there are too many instances of prescriptions not being filled in a timely manner, and the employees are so worried about taking their lunch from 1:30-2:00 that they ignore customers. Recently there were at least 8 or 10 people in there working. I was having trouble with a prescription and they basically told me they were all gonna walk out and that I’d have to wait until after they returned from lunch. Really? No one is willing to stay for a few minutes and help and take your lunch a bit later? Why do you have to close anyway? Take lunch in shifts and keep it open? Also the text to renew prescriptions doesn’t work some of the time, and only one person seemed to care about the patient. I sent a positive letter about her but the rest are terrible. Them i finally went to pick up my script yesterday - they closed at six supposedly - I get there at 5:10 and there is a sign in the window that due to an emergency they closed at five. That is after running twenty minutes to get there. Then they text me this morning and tell me that if I don’t get there to get the prescription it will be returned. I’m changing. 2.0/5 stars on Google…why did it take me this long? I’m the fool....
Read moreIf there was a way to leave less than 1 star I would. I am writing this review based on my experience at this particular Walgreens over a 6 year time frame. It seems that on more than one occasion, they run out of stock on many drugs. Time for refill will vary...where they will fill some very quickly while others take days. On this note...often times, medications are left in a "in progress" status. You can call the pharmacy (and on the rare chance you speak with someone) they assure you that they can have the medication in question (you remember the one still "in progress") will be ready when you arrive. Now not to ruin the suspense, but, you guessed it. Upon arrival that medication is not ready. They say it will take " about 30 min" for it to be completed. An hour later you'll still be waiting...while you listen to the staff talking about the most recent date, bar experience, ect... The store will be closing soon...I hope I can get my medications before they decide to just close up while I still sit...
Read moreThis place is the actual worst. Tricare switched from CVS to Walgreens and since then everything has been terrible. I can't even recount the number of horror stories I've experienced here, from waiting an average of 15 minutes for service every time at both the drive through and inside, to never getting calls when our prescriptions are done. They have lame store hours so even when God sent down the Martin's pharmacy from heaven, Walgreens still screwed me over by closing earlier than Martin's so since my last prescription was filled by Satan-incarnate I couldn't get it switched over to Martin's til the next day. They also apparently didn't have all my info, specifically told them to call if there was a problem, but still didn't get a call. Your local drug dealer would probably provide better service. Martin's is our savior, bless them and their pharmacy service. In summation: Walgreens 0/10 would rather die from not having my prescriptions than go back, Martin's 10/10...
