Had a very rude and unkind experience today. The attending pharmacist on staff was not helpful whatsoever. I need my medication before I fly out of the country for a month.
I didn’t feel helped or understood at all by her. Went back to the store with my previous months medication in hand. She wouldn’t even listen to me - saying “I’ve heard it before”. Is that how you treat customers? Then she asked someone else to call security because I used a few colorful words. Not directly towards her but towards the frustration of not being heard at all.
Last time, this same pharmacy told me that I needed to get my doctor to rewrite the prescription - which was wrong information. I was then informed that it’s actually my insurance and I can pick it up every 30 days.
It’s been 30 days.
I don’t believe this attending pharmacist cared about my circumstances nor even wanted to be helpful.
She said I won’t be able to pick it up until March next year. And didn’t even acknowledge that doesn’t make any sense for my medication
The expression on her face the entire time said it all.
