After an exhausting work week I didn't want to be treated like this. Literally the worst experience of my life. As a restaurant professional I know standards of service very well. I have fired employees for attempting to do the same or similar things to what these people did. Elysa our waitress racked up 3 health code violations by herself. She managed to touch her face before pouring soup, she was drinking from a water bottle (left on the front counter) and then serving people without washing her hands, and she used a dirty towel to wipe down tables. Then threw it into a cubby where there was no sanitizer water or anything, then proceeded to use the same towel to clean more tables. The kitchen staff also managed to continuously wipe their hands on their uniforms and aprons. People have severe allergic reactions and die because of that. The entire staff did not have their uniforms tucked in or very clean. They also were so preoccupied with the end of the brewers game they were neglecting customers constantly. When we sat down my wife saw the advertisement for chocolate cake on the place setting and got real excited to have some after our meal. Shortly after that we overheard the waitress telling another customer that they didn't have any chocolate cake since it is rotated out. She didn't know when they would have the chocolate cake back, so clearly it wasn't being rotated in any fashion. She was just too lazy to do anything about it. One elderly gentleman went to get some sugar for his coffee since the waitress had taken all the sugars off the table to refill them. When he asked her for sugar she handed him one of the containers. Then snatched it out of his hands and said "Here let me fill that first." and shoved it back into his hands. Our drink order was taken away from the table as she walked by, like we were an afterthought. Our food order was taken in the same style. The only time she came within arms reach of the table was to bring us the check. The kitchen guys had to bring out the food because apparently she was too busy doing nothing to bring us our food. We never got asked how things were and she said maybe 20 words to us during our whole visit. Upon looking at the appetizers my wife opened the ranch sauce for her cheese curds and I could smell the ranch sauce across the table. I took a whiff and it was bad. I've smelled bad ranch before and this stuff had been bad for a while. Upon the arrival of my Wisconsin egg burger I picked it up to take a bite. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. The bottom of my bun was soaked with grease. So I decided to examine the burger a little further. The crown was black. It wasn't just burned, if it would have toasted much longer it would have started a fire. I took a quick touch of the burger itself and it was room temperature. The egg was really hot though. I also happened to see the bacon on the burger. I was unaware I had ordered half a pig to go with my burger. The bacon was crusty and there was a ton of it. After two bites I could barely stand it. When we went to pay I curiously looked over at the cake stand on the counter, just to see the kind of cake they had. The stand was disgusting. The sides of the dome that protect the cake from bacteria and everything else you don't want on your cake was dirty. I wouldn't have served poison to a rat from that thing. When we finished eating the check was drop and dashed and my wife wanted more soda. We weren't going to disturb the waitress for a refill after all the trouble she had gone through to get us food that wouldn't kill us, so we kindly waited, and waited, and waited. My wife and I finally left, to go get a soda from the gas...

I am a senior citizen and went to the George Webb on S 108th Street in Hales Corners. There were 2 people working and just one other customer in the place, so I sat at the counter.
In the window was a sign advertising the Classic Breakfast, which consisted of 2 eggs, hash browns and toast for about $5. So I asked the waiter how much extra it would be to add sausage to the breakfast.
He gave me a snotty look, picked up a menu and literally threw it at me saying “Look at the menu!” in an offensive tone.
Being without my reading glasses, I decided to just order the Classic Breakfast without the added sausage.
When my order came, there were just 2 small eggs and a small portion of hash browns, but no toast. So I asked, “Isn’t this supposed to come with toast?” The waiter responded “Oh, you wanted toast too?” I responded “Well, yes. It’s part of the breakfast.”
I then heard the cook shout from the kitchen saying she would get me some toast, but I was done eating the breakfast before the toast came.
I phoned the next day to complain to the manager and was disappointed at her response, as if she didn’t care about what had happened.
I do NOT recommend eating at this...
Read more11-1-17 went to a completely empty restaurant which should of been a great thing for fast and correct service right? Not so much I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal with seasoned fries and my wife ordered steak n eggs meal with medium steak, cheese on hash brows and wheat toast. We both ordered Togo food came up fast under 13 minuets things was looking good. I tip $3 and leave. Respectful young man took order and cooked the food, the female I have no clue what’s her position as she had a Dairy Queen jacket on and was doing random things behind the Counter. We get home to definitely a medium well steak (shouldn’t expect a child to know how to correctly cook a s steak but..) no season on the 15 friend very small serving. My wife had zero toast as well but the hasbrowns and eggs where correct. We called back to get our names in the books for possibly a free breakfast again. Immediately the female (Dairy Queen girl) had an attitude and wouldn’t give her name. A Lil advice “don’t get mad when you messed the order up, do you think I would have called if you got it right?” Not my fault at all. Worst...
