We bought ALOT of jewelry from this place over the past few years and every single piece has had an issue with it. My engagement ring has been in multiple times for repairs and now that I missed the 6 month checkup and my ring broke once again they won't cover the repairs and are charging me over $200 to fix it even though we paid for the insurance for it. My husband and I stopped in to Littman Jewelers to see if they had ring guards that would fit his ring. The person that helped us polished his ring (so it looked like new) and went on to fashion a ring guard for us. She carefully and meticulously wrapped a clear coil-like material around the bottom of the ring. It fit perfectly!!
