In my years of purchasing fine jewelry, I have never come across a business with such high-quality, fast service, and excellent merchandise at a great price.

I have worked with Jewelry Depot on several occasions regarding a necklace and a ring (the ring was purchased elsewhere) over the course of the past year and each and every time, the staff has gone above and beyond in their service and delivery of excellent results. The two stories below illustrate why I would recommend Jewelry Depot to anyone as the premiere jeweler in, at the least, the Southeastern United States.

I purchased a stunning sapphire and diamond necklace in August 2019 (see for yourself in the attached photos!). From the start, the VP Sean had an excellent attention to detail, making sure I got the best white gold chain to ensure my comfort while wearing it and the piece's longevity. Here is the even better part of the story: unfortunately the necklace was stolen from my rental car during a vacation in a remote part of Spain. I wore the necklace every day and was heartbroken! By the time my insurance provider sent me the check to cover a replacement, COVID-19 had hit in Hong Kong, the origin of the pendant. As no other design would do, I contacted Sean at JD to help me replace the piece. Despite the dire state of manufacturing in Hong Kong, Sean's excellent relationship with the producer of the pendant ensured I was able to get the exact same necklace replaced within an extremely short time period given the Pandemic. If that doesn't speak to the caliber of Jewelry Depot's employees, then I challenge you to tell me a better story of your interactions with any jewelry store.

Years ago in Playa del Carmen, I purchased an inexpensive tanzanite and white sapphire ring. As this ring has sentimental value, I have taken many measures to keep it looking as good as new. Amazingly, after I brought it to Jewelry Depot for resizing and cleaning, it looked better than new! Their on-site jeweler Leo is a true craftsman... not only did the ring (which was once falling off) fit perfectly, before looking at the bill, I thought the sapphires had been replaced with diamonds because they shone so brightly! Sean also gave me exhaustive instructions about how to best care for the ring. Another win for me thanks to Jewelry Depot!

In summary, if you want to find a jewelry store that truly cares about the customer, both before and after the sale, there is nowhere better to establish a long-term relationship with a jewelry store than...

A little over a month ago, I bought a engagement ring from a here, Jewelry depot. When I first started looking for a ring, I went to multiple brand name jewelry stores such as Key Jewelers, Jareds, Mayors,etc. At first, their rings looked like a great deal. The rings they were showing me were not certified though and the one´s that were certified were very pricey. I wanted a ring that had pretty good quality in all four C´s and to get that I would have had to go over my budget by half as much than I wanted to. After being unsatisfied with the brand stores, I start looking at rings that private jewelry stores were selling from Miami to West Palm Beach. I narrowed where I would by the ring for my now fiancé to Jewelry depot. One of the main reasons I narrowed my selection to this store was first, they offer quality customer care. Second, they have a variety of inventory from ring sizes and types to different styles of diamonds. And most importantly, they offered certified diamonds. What I liked most that no other store offered including the big brand name stores was instead of looking at the diamond through a magnifying glass or basic microscope, they had very advanced technology that allowed you to see the diamond and its engraving using a digital microscope that projected the diamond onto the computer screen. Also, they used an electric precious metal analyzer that told you right then and there what the percentage of the purities were. In the end, I was able to get a certified GIA ring with the same quality that a jewelry store like Mayors would have and it cost me half the price I would have paid anywhere else. The store is beautiful, clean and organized. They have luxury brand watches and jewelry at remarkable prices. And they also sell loose stones.

My engagement ring needed new prongs. Ted showed us the ring under high magnification so that we could see the damage; he removed the main stone, put it in a pouch and gave it to us. Before I took the stone back, they weighed the stone and examined it for inclusions. This was done because I requested an appraisal as well.

I picked up my ring and appraisal a few hours later. The work was done flawlessly.

My antique platinum setting never looked better. Ted and his staff have earned my business but only after they earned my trust. With everything that could go wrong in a transaction like this, they'd handled everything beautifully and they are beyond reproach.
