I had the worse experience at this Walgreens with Seve the “Assistant store manager”. I get to the Walgreens for a passport photo walking in to another customer requesting the lady in the front for help from someone in photos The lady managed to figure out what she needed to do but unfortunately I needed someone to take my passport photo. The only cashier in the front assisting multiple customers called for someone about 3-4x on the loud speaker and finally this short shrimp sad excuse of a manager comes stomping from the back. He helps someone else walks past me ignores me when asked to put in the password he came back puts in the password and walks away no greeting just foot dragging then he proceeds to help the guy from before. I tell him I need a passport photo he tells me to hold on and begin at the other register helping a line of other people. So I start to interrupt like can you help me I was here before all these other people I can’t wait any longer The other employee couldn’t come over to help me so why would you go over there and not asssit me first I was the only one there already waiting. Seve had an attitude the moment he stomped over to not help. I told him that he should’ve either stayed home or go home if he wasn’t going to provide customer service. It was ridiculous and unbelievable that he was a manager because he lacked common sense and customer service skills. Seve then denied to serve me because I gave him feedback on the service that he gave me and he didn’t like it he told me that I should’ve went home instead. As a manager this is extremely unacceptable and pathetic. Seve obviously doesn’t like himself and subsequently doesn’t like his job either cause he sure doesn’t act like it. Read moreI don’t even live in this state & this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Long story short, they messed up and put some other person with the same name as me on my account (they claim the same birthday too, but I don’t believe that), & now their prescriptions keep popping up under my Walgreens app & I live in a completely different state. I also had an issue last week when I went to pick up my medication from my Walgreens in my state, when I went to confirm my address, they said that wasn’t correct. Well, that’s because this woman in Florida’s address was on my medication. I called for the second time to try to get the issue resolved and this very rude woman with an attitude answered the phone, after I had been holding for over 15 minutes & had gotten hung up one once. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the situation since it isn’t a simple thing. When I finally had enough & had to yell over her because she wasn’t listening, she hung up. I called back & talked to this same rude woman and she claimed she would give the information to the pharmacist. I don’t believe her & I honestly don’t care. They are the incompetent ones who messed up and aren’t even capable of fixing it apparently. Next time I will just get their information and call corporate & maybe they can solve it since this store can’t seem to fix a mistake they made. Read moreThey have a real nasty problem at this location they discriminate against people of color. Very lazy and hate there jobs. They tell people togo other locations when they are busy and turn down business for money. So if the owner is seeing this they are costing you tons of money and I see how the pharmacy technicians are treating the customers her. Very bad because these are sick people they are treating badly. I’m building a discrimination case on this actual location. Several different types of discrimination against the customers and have video recording and photos of the pharmacy techs and etc. big headache every time because they will not fill these perceptions automatically or send out any type of notifications to the customers letting people know that the perceptions are ready. These prescriptions will sit there months without a notification. You have to come in person begg them to fill the prescriptions and then wait long hours or days. Each technician has disgusting attitudes and hate there jobs. Don’t pay cash with a coupon I caught them over charging me cash so they can pocket the money. They get angry and refuses to give you your discount when you see the over charges. They say no they are not giving you the discount because they are too busy and leave you with no choice but to get your refund and goto a different Walgreen where you won’t be robbed so they can pocket the cash.
