Upper Deck Ale and Sports Grille — Restaurant in Hallandale Beach

Found this gem of a place one week ago. Sat at the bar on a Sunday morning, first people there my husband and I were greeted by Santana the bartender who was absolutely amazing gave the best service ever. Asked Santana for some recommendations and oh my goodness what he recommended was absolutely delicious. Must say the oysters both raw and the Parmesan baked oysters were out of this world so fresh and flavorful, thank you for suggesting this to us Santana. My husband and I then shared another suggested item from Santana, which was the chicken quesadilla oh my goodness I have never had a quesadilla this stuffed with chicken. It was more than what we could eat, but was so delicious. We finished it all. As some time went by, we were only the first two that were there. Boy did this place fill up quickly football is now upon us, and this establishment was rocking it. We chose to sit inside but outside there is a beautiful huge tiki bar with mini TVs. It’s a great open space you gotta check it out. Santana had told us about Emilia, Who is the owner‘s wife and she has made such an impression on us with what she is doing with upper deck her personal touch has gone unnoticed, we got to meet her on our return visit the following day Monday we told them that we would be back as we were returning from Miami heading back north to Palm Beach County. Oh, by the way, our second visit the next day my husband and I split a burger and had to order the chicken quesadilla again it was that delicious. Oh my goodness the burger oh so yummy . It was our pleasure to get to meet Emelia, she has one heck of a vision and her vision is coming true, her attention to detail and customer hospitality is on point. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!!! Please make a point to try this place out Upper Deck, you will have a craving to return to have They’re delicious food. Oh so fresh!!! I recently dined at the Upper Deck Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in a prime location with stunning views, the ambiance is both elegant and relaxed, making it perfect for any occasion. The panoramic view of the bar area provided a picturesque backdrop that truly set the scene for an unforgettable evening.

The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented beautifully. I particularly enjoyed the seafood options, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The lamb-chops were rich with flavor, and the loaded Mash was both soft, tender and succulent, accompanied by a delightful medley of seasonal fries. For dessert, the chocolate lava cake was a decadent end to the meal, perfectly paired with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

The wine list is extensive, featuring a variety of selections that complement the menu wonderfully. The sommelier was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the perfect bottle, enhancing our dining experience even further.

Service was impeccable. Our hostess Stefanni was attentive without being intrusive. Stefanni was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Her warmth and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. She and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the timely refilling of our glasses to the thoughtful presentation of each course.

In addition to the superb food and service, the Upper Deck also offers a cozy lounge area where we enjoyed a post-dinner cocktail. The mixologists are skilled and creative, crafting delightful drinks that were the perfect end to a wonderful night.

I have been trying to get to this restaurant for months and I finally made it! Let me tell you that it was certainly worth the wait too. All the food was made to order and every single dish came out hot and fresh! Let me repeat that HOT AND FRESH....AND IT TASETED GOOD. Now let me talk about the service. Tiara was my server and she was phenomenal. Seriously, Tiara needs to open up a school and start training servers across America worldwide!! Since it was my first time at the restaurant, and I was starving, I had questions about all the things I wanted to try....and it was indeed a lot of questions. Tiara was very thorough in her explanations and she never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She even had some jokes inserted into her answers and I absolutely adored her. Later on into the night, my sister who happened to be in the area stopped by and we had the pleasure of being greeted by the manager Felix. (SN: Felix previously checked in on me before when I was dining alone.) Felix is definitely awesome. His personality was inviting and in further reflection, I remember visiting the entire restaurant and that makes him very attentive. Great owners/managers are☺️. I appreciated the fact that he came to check in on me/then us with the food. I've only experienced that type of attentiveness in more formal dining settings, but in my book Upper Deck is definitely top-tier/5star! Everything I ordered was scrumptious, tasted great, right down to the dessert! I am usually on that end of town once a month because I live 1 hr away, but I promise every time I'm nearby I'm going to stop by and order something. Tiara recommended some other menu items and my goal is to try everything on the entire menu. I had more than enough food, so I was able to leave with leftovers. I have never been so excited about eating leftovers in my life, but I am today, so awesome job and hats off to everyone...
