DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO GET FOOD HERE!!! I wish I could rate this store as -5!!!! I have had my second HORRIBLE experience and I won’t have a third because I’m now going to use Popeyes or Bojangles!! First, I ordered a large order on the app and when I went to pick it up they were closed!!! It was not even late!! I could tell someone was in there so I got someone’s attention at the window and they wrote my info down and said I could pick it up another day!?!?! So the large order that I made because I had guests needed to be picked up another day when my guests are there now??? They were not even sorry and very rude!! It was as if they were mad I even placed an order!!!
Then yesterday, I ordered on the app again and this time when I went to pick up my order the doors were locked, no one came to the speaker in drive thru or to the phone!!! After 10-15 minutes of blowing and knocking on the window someone shows up and just casually told me sorry, she was washing dishes in the back and can’t hear anything. When I finally got my food another lady gave it to me and she casually told me thank you as she handed me my bag. I told her I have bed there for a long time and this was ridiculous! She looked at me like I was crazy??? And told me she was sorry (with an attitude) she was in the back and couldn’t hear, they have work to do in the back too! She wasn’t actually sorry I could see it on her face n in her voice! Just an attitude like she was mad at me!!!! I’m done with KFC!! I have never had such horrible service and this is ridiculous! A joke!!! And for them to literally just not care, not be sorry? Didn’t even offer me a drink, nothing! It’s not worth the frustration when there is a Popeyes and Bojangles right down...
Read moreWorst Fast Food Place In Town. I can't even begin to state the issues we have had with this restaurant. Wrong orders, rude employees, dirty restaurant, out of chicken. We stopped going because we found hair in 3 different pieces of chicken on the same order and none of the employees seemed to care. Then when they advertised they were under new management we gave it another shot. Employees seem nicer but cleanliness, food quality, and service is still really bad. We went there 2 weeks ago and they told us they were out of original recipe chicken. We asked how long and they said 30 mins (when it only takes 12 to fry chicken). They told us the morning crew forgot to thaw out chicken and that they should just shut their doors. We said we would wait. 50 mins later we went back in and the manager seemed irked that someone sold us chicken. She demanded to know who sold it and we had no clue the name so could only point her out (awkward). Finally after an hour we got our chicken. Once we got home we discovered that it was not original recipe and the chicken was very tough. Every time we have had issues I have sent an email to corporate and have yet to hear back from anyone. Obviously they have written this store off. I honestly don't know how this place stays open but as soon as a Bojangles or Popeyes goes into Halls this place WILL go out...
Read moreThis is the ad I saw that convinced me to make my order today. The ad talked about second chances because the company as a whole knows they suck. Well it’s too bad they squandered their second chance because I don’t believe we will be ordering from any KFC again. We used this promotion and also ordered about $15 worth of sides to meet the criteria. After the mobile order was placed, we were given a 10 minute wait time. We arrived at the KFC a little past this 10 minute mark. The lobby was closed due to short staffing. They parked us after going through the drive-thru and then We proceeded to wait 30 minutes after the first 10 mins. So 40 minutes total for a $15 order. They were out of two of the sauces we wanted, KFC sauce and “Comeback” sauce (which is ironic). The chicken was fine but very slimy skin. The gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted fermented. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag at all.
I’m really surprised they have not gone under as a business because this is usually the case at every location in the area that we’ve gone to.
