Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

Last week my husband wanted to try the new Italiano pizza so I stopped and picked one up. I had not planned on trying a piece because I hate sausage but there was a piece left so I picked off the sausage and YUM the new pepperoni pieces were amazing! Yesterday Monday 4/10/17 at 2:30 I stopped to order another one. There was no one there when I walked in but a young male employee emerged from the back to take my order. I told him I wanted the new Italiano pizza with NO sausage. He tells me he can not place my order because there is no way to override the 3 toppings specialty. I tell him I will pay the full price $7 for the 3 toppings and do not want extra pepperoni, just do not put sausage on it. He again tells me no and I ask for his manager. He tells me his manager stepped out but he will ask the acting co manager “ANDY”. Andy comes to the counter and tells me the same thing they can not take my order, it has to be made like the promo picture. I do not understand; it is not busy, they are the only 2 employees that I see, they make the pizza, right (or is it frozen, pre-made), why can they not make it the way I want? I ask Andy for their Managers name and he says it him... now are they flat out lying to me? The first employee told me there manager had stepped out. Now Andy is saying he is the main Manager! by this time I am incredibly aggravated. I walk out with no pizza and if this matter is not responded to my family will not be Little Caesars customers...

Very disappointed in my latest experience with this location. Normally I order from the app and pick up in the portal. Tonight I was in the area and the portal usually recommends 20 min pick up, idea was grab 2 "hot & ready" and head home. Came into store no one was waiting, ordered a thin crust pep, a cheese, and an ICB. Was told that i would have to wait 6 min on the cheese, ended up waiting 15 minutes. During my wait other customers came in got their pizzas and left, employees seemed to be avoiding me (I'm sure after the 10 th minute I wasn't looking very pleasant. Girl brings my order to counter and reads off the correct order, no apology for the extended wait. I drive 4 miles home to find out I have 2 cheeses and no thin pep. I drive back to the store everyone looks at me like I have 2 heads when I walk in with a pizza in my hand. I tell the girl (who read off the correct order when I got my food) that I ordered a thin pep and got a cheeses instead after waiting so long. She then tells me they do not have a thin pep and says I can wait or get a refund (still no apology, just look of disgust with life). I then asked what they did have ready, she looks in the "heaters" and says extra most bestest. I take that and leave (still no apology or offer of any sort). When I get back to the house I find a over cooked cold pep pizza, the crust was so hard my dog couldn't chew it. At this point I'm so angry that I through the entire pizza...

Miss Judy O.'s behavior is just as nasty as her food handling experience who quite obviously let her manager title go to her head. Wasn't bold enough to give me her name though. Petty as well. It's on the receipt Took over 20 minutes for a cheese pizza. Called the order in ahead of time so actually more along the lines of 30 minutes. The manager got her feelings hurt because I told her it's a repetitive issue and it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a cheese pizza. She continued to get smart with me and didn't like being told to just finish my pizza so I can go I got better things to do than argue with the manager at Little Caesars about her incompetence. If only she had as much control of her mouth and her behavior as she did with my refund she might actually get somewhere besides Little Caesars management. After seeing her push the mouthpiece to close her water bottle and grab a pair of gloves, my refund was only doing me a favor because I'm sure spitting in someone's food is not beneath her, only God knows what else she touches that isn't put through the oven to at least have those germs killed. Gross. Pizza Hut was great though I don't know why I went anywhere else. The young adults that took my order actually have some sense about customer service and got it done in 11 minutes maybe and that included the time it took to...
