Starbucks — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

OK so I go in to get a drink and I get my drink I try it it’s disgusting. It taste nothing like what I had before so I asked if they can remake it give me a refund let me get another drink or something and this girl name Haley, no hate to her. She buds in the conversation and she keeps going back-and-forth. Yes to no yes to know, and then she said no that she could remake it or give me a refund or anything because she already “” made the drink. I visit Starbucks almost daily. I love their coffee. I have recently bought one of their reusable cold cups. They're on sale for $3 right now. You save $0.10 per drink when u bring in your reusable cup. It doesn't sound like a lot but if you're like me and drink coffee every day, then that is almost $37 a year you can save. I only want less mocca in my beverage but no they can't stop them selves. When I complain about it they sort me on a shot of espresso the next time I want there I payed big money for that.
