Bought 2 clutch like bags in the past 2 weeks. Used one last week, attached the tassel, on a night out with my husband. Before we got of the car, I was in my bag and as I was about to zipper it up and it broke off. I took my daughter to the mall tonight and just happen to stop in there to talk to an associate and let her know what had happened and ask her what my options are…….only to find out, they WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK BROKEN! I love White Lotus! Would spend everyday in this boutique if I could! The vibe is peaceful and they have so many awesome items to choose from.
