GameStop — Local services in Hamilton Township

I dont leave reviews ever, but this store manager (Jen) was the worst. I went to return a item that was double ordered online I did not receive a recept in the box so I figure I can just show my online receipt. The lady was saying some outlandish things "I cant accept because we don't know if it was already returned". Almost made it sound like I stole the items and am trying to return it. I asked what can we do she said nothing and made it seem like I'm crazy because I'm trying to do a return. So I call customer service and they provide an e-receipt saying I can show them that order and I should be good. Nope the lady once again was not budging and providing no solution. I call once again for customer service and they tell me they are going to create a return label and I would have to send the item back. Why was that option not offered as a solution right away? I didn't have waste 2 hours going back and forth with customer service over the phone and the lady at the store. Maybe its not Jens fault for not knowing how to communicate with customers without making them seem like they did something wrong. I always cringe at the idea of having to go into a gamestop location and this experience...

Hi, I filled out a application January 13 2025 I took a assessment called the WOTC assessment and did the application for key holder and for some reason the website is saying that I still need to take a assessment don’t know why I never have gotten the email I checked again today just because I was curious I got nothing and when I first did the application a day after or 2 I called the store 2 times and asked why it said the same thing on my screen about assessment which I have completed and got nothing new and sadly no one answered the phone all the times I have called it’s a bit disappointing how many times I call game stop and either no one will answer or they will let it ring in Mays landing area please do something it’s just not right to not answer the phone all the time I even tried to call today I had no luck maybe I am over reacting but this...

Went to the store man for the pokemon release drop of blooming waters, waited in line for three hours, just to go and get a blooming water, guess what, not one single hit not one single EX you at that rate everyone should just resell the ones you got from there or just not even open them so horrible would never spend 80 bucks for a blooming water just to not get one single Ex beside the ones it comes in.
