First time my wife and I brought our son (18 months, only child thus far) to chuck-e-cheese, or any similar establishment even. First thing that stood out. The employee's were absolutely amazing. I don't know how ChuckECheese managed to find the dozen or so; sweetest kids in the area and figured out how to get them all to work for their company, but we were so impressed. The atmosphere was what we had expected/hoped for... no gross tables, or poop-butt children.. instead it was well parented, respectful kids ranging from about my sons age 18 months -- 6 or 7 years old. They were all having fun and sharing games when more than one wanted to play the same one, when the one employee dressed up like the cheesey rat and started dancing all the kids joined in. The young man took the time to hug the younger kids like my son and take pictures with the older kids.
However I would be remiss if I did not mention the absolute greatest part of the evening. When the chuckecheese rat came out and started dancing, there was a member of the staff that played what I would call "hype man". This hype man was DJ Jazzy-Jeff worthy level of a performance. He was enthusiastic and having as much fun as the kids.
All around A+.
Oh and to the aunt or baby momma wearing the belly shirt and booty shorts with the obnoxious silicone implants, if you read this I want you to know you were gross, and pay attention to walking in front of other moms and grandmoms and dads who are in the process of photographing their children. Us innocent bystanders don't want to be forced to avoid your thirsty dolly partons and fajumic you're parading around a bunch of toddlers. Do...
Read moreHaving a party in the midst of everything going on can be worrisome but I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. How an arcade can be so good at limiting contact is beyond me. We had one party host, we were the only ones seated in the party section. No tickets, just bracelets that kept track of game play and ticket numbers. Workers wiping down games as kids played. Everything was super smooth and I was beyond impressed. Having a party here was well worth every penny for the fact that it felt like a breeze. I owe a large part, if not most of, my son's successful party to our amazing host, Devin. He was absolutely wonderful with the kids. He took care of everything, he was quick, joyful, and honestly, just so professional that it made everything go off without a hitch. Usually during birthday parties I am a hot mess trying to keep everything going but for once I felt like this was one I got to actually spend time enjoying since I didn't have to lift a finger. Devin made such an impression on not just us, but our son as well who now has been including him in his pictures that he's been drawing with his new birthday art supplies. All in all, the location was super clean. Staff was great and our party host was awesome. I can't rave enough about how great of a time we all had. 5 stars and will definitely have more parties there...
Read moreWe booked a birthday party and we had no host, no one came and checked on us and I had to keep running to the manager to get everything we were suppose to get that came with the party package. Very disorganized and very slow bad service. Waited 20 mins to speak to manager and still we were told that we couldn't get a table in the party room. I called prior to coming and was told there wasnt same day reservations and no one knew about anything for the party package. We had to ask for everything several times. The package was suppose to have 3 balloons 2 medium pizzas and 6 game cards and drinks. My daughter had fun but the service wasnt good and I feel like we could have been treated better. Definitely wasnt happy with this location and the management said I think for 100$ that we were getting a good deal. It wasn't a good deal at all when we didnt even get the food , drinks, game cards, balloons till the 35 to 40 mins later. The kids were getting upset bc they wanted to play and we kept being told that the manager was in the back counting money. None of the young ladies at the front knew about the party packages and they were...
