Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I try to avoid this Taco bell at any cost ever since I moved to the area 10 years ago. I only go to this location if I don't want to drive to the one in Pleasantville which BTW has one of the best service and the food is always Fresh! This Taco bell has never served me warm food let alone fresh! They are extremely stingy with their portions and once I noticed it a few years ago I've always avoided going to this location. I recently visited this location after a year or so and again I was disappointed. I even placed a different order this time to see if it's just the Chalupas they try to skim the portions! I ordered nachos and a Chicken Quesadilla instead of the usual Chalupas which were always empty on the inside, barely had any meat with just a little sprinkle of lettuce every single time! so yeah even with a different order it was the same story. Nachos had absolutely no ground meat and I even called the location to let them know and the Quesadiila was just plain Tortilla with some sauce! Almost no chicken or cheese. This whole ordeal reminded me why I've always avoided this location, The food is mostly stale and the portions are a complete rip off! I love Taco-bell but I hate this particular location in Mays landing, Save yourself the trouble...

Went through drive through and ordered a Crunchwrap with a side of Creamy Jalapeño Sauce. When I received my order I realized I didn’t get the side of sauce that I paid 50 cents for, so I asked (thinking it was an error) they told me I had to pay, which I already did and then gave them receipt to show that I had already paid. They told me it was on the Crunchwrap (which is not what I asked for) then when I asked for them to just give a side of sauce, they refused and told me I needed to pay for it again, and were absolutely arrogant and said,“when we say, ‘is everything correct on the screen, you have to tell us if it’s wrong”, however; the screen and receipt both say “add Creamy Jalapeño sauce”. I don’t work at Tacobell, I don’t know that means on it or on the side of it. To add insult, the manager came to the window (after I politely just asked for a side of sauce, not even to remake the order) and yelled at me for even asking! It’s literally a side of sauce! That I already paid for! On top of it, there’s ONE PIECE OF MEAT in the whole Crunchwrap! Pictures to prove! What happened to this location??? Every time I go the workers are super rude, leave me standing there forever without coming up or acknowledging me, they end up messing up my food and then fighting me when I ask for it to be fixed, etc. I constantly get soggy food that’s inedible. I was throwing things away without even being able to eat them. I’m going to drive a little longer to go to literally any other location because wth 💀 I got no tomatoes on a Mexican pizza once and the girl looked at my food, then back at me and said “there’s tomatoes right there.” YEAH I KNOW. I ORDERED IT WITH NONE. Like why the attitude girly??? I don’t come at you with one so why come at me with one?! Today I went in and ordered a Doritos taco and the girl accidentally handed it to the guy in drive thru so it just sat there for 5 minutes getting soggy. They finally asked what I was waiting for and I told them it was a mobile order and they said “oh sorry” and handed that same bag to me. That Doritos taco was so soggy that the shell was the same consistency as the darn meat! I asked for it to be remade and the girl tried arguing with me about it.
