I’m so done with this establishment! I heard a great review from Facebook so I traveled an additional 30 minutes to go here each time. The first 3x I got SNS done they were beautiful and it was a great experience. However the last two times have been completely terrible!!! I paid 90.00 plus tip for a Christmas/holiday set of SNS with tips and designs. 12-19-20. Overpriced, but I expect quality when coming here! Should have known better when I asked for a color and the tech switched it and gave me a completely different color than I had asked for without saying anything!! Exactly 1 week later a nail broke right in the middle! It was extremely painful down to my natural nail. Came in waited 30 minutes and the tech finally fixed it after arguing about my options to fix it. I said if that’s the case, soak off and remove the SNS. She refused! Still in pain but the nail was fixed. It didn’t even match the set!! Not only this but 2 days later another nail completely broke off. I’m very careful with my nails especially with tips on, and I work an office job. Will never come here again because of 2 broken nails within 10 days of getting them done. I’ve never had this happen...

Not going back thanks for the statement at the very end, but I think customer service isn't on your priority list...... my sister most definitely was not treated respectful today and that should be evident if you watched the security cameras....

The nails turned out okay but the overall service was the worst I have had. I had made an appointment on Monday, and expected to be in and out for the standard time of less than an hour. The nail professional walked away every two seconds to paint other people's nails, answered the phone, talking to other workers, and going to the front.....She left me sitting at the table for over 30 minutes. She made comments on my age, she told me I look like I am 16 and that I'm engaged implying that I was too young Then. Then made comments of how old my sister looked. She told me my hands were dry. I got my nails done on Sunday and yes I got long, I’ve had long many many times before and never had what I am about to tell you happen to me. I broke a nail on Wednesday at work, 3 days after getting my nails done. My nail broke with force so I wasn’t upset about that, but when I went to another place to get it FIXED, YET ANOTHER NAIL BROKE OFF IN HIS HAND. Almost as if it just fell off. I’m completely in love with the set I’ve received from the other place, they’re nicer, shaped better, thicker for protection and it was significantly CHEAPER as well. One more thing to mention before I jump off here. I think it was completely unprofessional the way they were switching places to do other nails, very frustrating for clients. As well as I felt very unnoticed when trying to speak to my nail tech as she barely answered me, then when I was done to start her next client and talk up a storm. Don’t think I will be revisiting ever or send another soul...
