AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Hamilton Township

Younger staff that work there are amazing and always willing to help. Now for the older dude that works there he is pushy and does not want to help. I come to this store for new light bulbs and for their service for them to replace them for me as I do not know what I am doing. Never had a problem until the older dude there started becoming bossy and not wanting to help. Sad, to say that I will now have to go out of my way to a different store or have to go when he is not there to get the service that I once received. Plus only reason I am going back to the store is because the guy man that works there told me that it would be an easy fix to replace my lift to hold my trunk door open but they did not have the part in stock and to come back the next day. I call the next day to see if the part had came in and if they would be able to replace it as I do not know what I am doing and I could hear the older man in the background yelling saying to me your “pushing it”. Called in advance to ensure they could install a motorcycle battery that I would purchase there. I explained that my battery was dead and I’d have to jumpstart it to get there so needed a battery installed there to get back home Nice young man said, yes they would install the battery. When I got there this heavy-set woman said that they couldn’t install the battery and that the young man was new and shouldn’t have made that commitment. I explained that I couldn’t get home unless a new battery was installed and she didn’t care. There were three people working in that store that day and I was the only customer. I am 72 years old with a very sensitive back. I asked if she could at least give me a couple tools to change the battery and she gave me a couple tools. I went out to change the battery and my back went out. I was in excruciating pain and I still am, days later. This woman should not be working in that store. The service was absolutely horrible and I was lied to. I will never recommend that store as long as she is there and behaves...

I wanted to share my gratitude to the amazing staff at our local AutoZone! We had purchased brake pads and rotors for our Impala quite a while back, which we were going to install this fall. Our car got hit while parked in front of our home about a month ago and was totaled in the process which meant we can't use them anymore and I asked if - seen the circumstances - I could return them. All the items were still sealed up in the packaging. Management and staff were AMAZING!
