Mojo Vapes — Local services in Hamilton Township

I have been going to this location for several years now, and the staff has always been extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Any time I have had questions, they've always done their best to not only answer them, but explain the answer so that I understood what was being said.

Recently, their selection has become extremely limited, to the point that I have had to begin searching for products online, instead of purchasing them at this location. I asked a fellow customer why, and was told that this location's General Manager has stopped allowing them to order product, in an attempt to force customers to another location instead. He is, in essence, sacrificing this location and it's staff, to try and garner more sales at a location he would prefer customers shop at.

Who does this?!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was a gentleman working at the counter and as we were walking through an issue with a device I purchased another guy approached the counter grabbed my device and empties all of my eliquid out into the trash can. The first guy I was speaking with saw my issue however this guy said I do not see anything wrong here. “Go whine somewhere else” come to find out this guy did not even work there he was just hanging out behind the counter with the guy who was actually working there.

On top of this the guy that was behind the counter that did not work there was not wearing a mask or social distancing from customers.

Also this “Vapor Supply” store had less selection then my local gas station.

When I first purchased my RDA I was completely clueless as to how they worked. Justin showed me everything I needed to know and bestowed an abundance of information upon me. After asking how to redo the cotton in it he suggested coming into the store and they would help me out (yet again) until I had it figured out. I just came back from getting my new cotton put in the RDA thanks to A.J.'s help. Again, another friendly and beyond helpful staff member. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience and have yet to get one at any establishment no matter the business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do so, these guys are, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, ready and willing to teach and most of all just great people. If you get the chance I would highly recommend...
