Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I tried to place an order online and pay(cash) when I picked it up. Wouldn't let me but I understand the reasoning by that and wasn't an issue for me to drive up. My order was 7 sandwiches(1 large, 4 regular and 2 smalls) and 2 large fries. Totalling just over $82. So the girl who rang me up was as nice as could be. My problem lies with the blonde guy in the red shirt that was on the grill. He took the order off his printer and turned around and gave me a dirty look then rolled his eyes at me. He then went over to the other guy in red shirt on the grill and said something about me because he turned around and looked at me. They handled the order just fine but that little act has just drove away a customer that at minimum eats there twice a week at $80 - $100 a visit. Customer service is key in today’s retail world. Can’t say enough about Aaron being a breath of fresh air taking my phone order 12 minutes before closing time and hearing him ask Tom during phone call to help execute order as fast as possible. Not only was Aaron friendly and efficient in taking my order, he still took time to offer/upsell their incredible hand cut french fries or homemade cookies, which he ensured to have ready with my order regardless of them closing in the next 10 minutes on a Saturday night. 25 minute wait for carry out (2 sandwiches and a large fry). Other customers who came in after me as a party of 3 had their food before me, which seemed a bit odd. (The manager took over the grill and suddenly things moved more expediently.) The dark-haired female cashier was extremely good at her job bouncing between the register, bread, and checking on final steps of the order/passing out orders to customers. It shouldn't have taken her to do three different stations/jobs for food to get out of the kitchen in a quick manner.
