I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Olive Garden at Hamilton Mall, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we stepped in, the clean, warm, and well-maintained interior décor created a welcoming atmosphere. The spotless tables and cutlery reflected the consistent attention to detail that sets this Olive Garden apart. The breadsticks were a delightful start, soft and fresh, as if they were just baked, straight from the oven. The Zuppa Toscana soup then stole the show with its perfect blend of spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale, and russet potatoes in a creamy broth – truly amazing. The freshness of the salad further impressed, setting the tone for a meal filled with quality ingredients. Moving on to the mains, the spaghetti with meat sauce was a standout, delivering a flavorful and satisfying experience. The eggplant parmigiana, featuring hand-breaded eggplant lightly fried and topped with marinara and melted mozzarella, served with a side of spaghetti, was simply irresistible. Each bite was a symphony of flavors – a definite "yum!" However, what truly made this Olive Garden memorable was not just the delectable food but also the exceptional service. Our server, Klidny, was the epitome of attentiveness and friendliness. Her warm demeanor ensured a delightful dining experience, making this Olive Garden a venue we will eagerly return to.

We first called this restaurant and spoke to a supposed manager about a large party for Friday, March 7th. We were told no reservations, however to come in at 5 and put our name on the list so our table would be ready and to call back a few days prior to remind them. Today when we called back they said no one told us this. (I included proof of the initial call) The GM Andrew was absolutely rude and out of line. I was speaking nicely and trying to find a solution to a problem with a party caused by HIS team and after calling me a liar, he said “You don’t run this restaurant, I do”. Well, I wasn’t trying RUN anything. I’m understanding being as I’ve worked in the same business and never would I speak to any kind of guest like this. Olive Garden should be embarrassed to have this kind of person working for them. A little cooperation is all we were looking for. Andrew was very cocky saying no where in Mays Landing could we get a reservation, he was WRONG, we did with no issues after explaining to the new place how incompetent Olive Garden is!

It's been awhile since I've been to a olive garden. Given the time a friend of mine and I went( Thursday around 1pm) it wasn't super busy. The waitress we had was very nice and super attentive. Food overall was good. The fried calamari was very tender and not overly battered. Fried ravioli were ok, I'd prefer cheese vs the meat ones they have. My friend got the chicken marsala and I got the chicken and shrimp carbanara. Both were tasty. Great overall experience. Update: 5-10-25 A friend and I stopped in for dinner before the paranormal circus show that was in the malls parking lot. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food came generally quick, but a little too fast in-between each items. Was barely done the appetizers and salad, then here comes the main dishes. Otherwise, the food was good. I got the fried mozzarella (app)& ravioli dish(main). My friend got the artichoke dip & fettuccine alfredo. Overall it was a good trip in and we were both stuffed.

I've only eaten here 3 times in my life before today. I've never had a bad experience before but I've heard of other experiences that weren't so great. A coworker of mine suggested we eat here for dinner (we work in the evening). I called over the phone and the woman said the order should be done by 7:30pm.

I get to the restaurant at 7:40pm and get out of my car to go pay for my order and pick up my food. The woman at the door asked me if I was ordering and I told her I was there for pick up. She then told me to wait behind the white line of the box on the ground while she got someone to help me, which I obliged. I watched as a supervisor stood there and another employee sit across from the woman I initially spoke with. I saw several people come to get seated, another employee take several take out orders to cars and yet another employee take a family of fives order (that's 5 employees who saw me just standing there not being helped!). It was 8:05pm when I finally got frustrated and called the restaurant because I was not understanding why I was waiting so long for an order that was said to be prepared by 7:30pm. The manager Andrew answers the phone and I explain to him I had been waiting since 7:40pm to pay for my order that I placed over the phone. He said he would be out to meet me shortly.

After wait another 10 minutes he came out and said that there was some sort of mixup and that he was "freshly" preparing my order. I waited another 15 minutes before the employee who took the family of fives order came out to give me my food. As I was ready to pay she told me that the order was on the house. I was elated up until I got home to actually eat my food. One of the entrees for my coworker that was supposed to be shrimp Alfredo with broccoli and the Alfredo sauce was very watery as if it was rushed. The entree I ordered for myself was very bland and tasteless, not what I was expecting at all. When we called the restaurant to just let the manager Andrew know of the low quality food we received he had us on hold for 10 minutes and when he finally did answer he was huffing and puffing as if he was reluctant to answer the phone. He did not answer the phone in a friendly manner but more like he was annoyed. All in all I can guarantee you that this being my 4th visit, this will also be my LAST. I may visit an Olive Garden again one day but NOT at this location. But if this is how all the restaurants are ran I'd rather keep my money. You guys should really be careful of how you treat your customers especially during a pandemic because we are the only reason why the restaurant is...

This is for my last visit we go once a week last visit November 25th the reason I'm doing the las visit because we had the same problems we came in 8:50 p.m. due to our schedule problem everytime we ordered the (Pasta Fagioli it is always room temperature it had no noodles ) the chicken gnocchi had no chicken should call it naughty soup I know if we send it back are entrees already coming out so we really don't have the time to eat our soup ☹️ it is all the soup you can eat problem is I've been in the restaurant business a lot of years now retired this problem is in the kitchen the kitchen help wants to go home so they start cleaning up and letting everything run down this is so they can get out on time last visit November 25th we finally asked for the manager her name was Elizabeth she came out and I explained the problem and told her this is the fourth time in a row I told her we had waitresses Lexus, Lisa, Consuelo, and waiter Frank all very good no problem with them at first she was apprehensive after I mention the four different waiters and waitresses she now knew I'd been there before she was going to the kitchen to see what was going on that's the last I heard from her this is not very professional or acceptable a good manager would have came back and said she had talked to the kitchen help and explained what has been going on my point is that the kitchen help want to rush the food out towards the end of the night so they can get out this makes it very tough on the waitresses and waiters and of course on the customers and 4 times not a coincidence I seen this many times this is what the kitchen help does when it starts to gets late they want to get cleaned up to get out it's now December 6th haven't been back yet and this is our Olive Garden since opening day hopefully somebody looks at this and from experience that I have there's definitely a problem and yes you could be losing business because I haven't made up my mind if we're coming back I hope this helps and someone really cares enough to make this a better story talk your waiters and waitresses they will tell you they have to fight with the kitchen help ask the ones who work after 9 they are the ones you want to talk to they take the beating on the closing as I said I know the...

What can you say about this place? It is just Olive Garden. No matter the location you can expect the same quality of food that you order! The prices are reasonable and they tend to have a number of meal deals for eat in service and take home. I went with my bf and the kids. We all got their salad, and a meal. The waitress was attentive, friendly, fast and observant. We ordered the shrimp alfredo, cheese ravioli and 2 chicken fettuccine alfredo orders, and I got the soup and salad combo. If you know Olive Garden they do pasta pretty good. If you aren't familiar with this place there is no need to worry as any pasta order is cooked just right, sauced proportionately and always both visually and taste appealing. Every time there was a empty bowl she cleared the table and asked us if we wanted more. As the bread is limitless and I was with a bunch of bread lovers! The soup/salad meal is all you can eat. A bowl was all I was able to eat. It is filling and satisfying. The dressing on the salad is addicting so much so I can get my one son to eat salad when were here. Otherwise he says it is tasteless. I don't know if that says I make bland salad or if I have to give a point to Olive Garden but, other way I am a happy mom when we eat here! The salad is almost hand picked for extras two olives, two slices of tomato, 2 banana peppers, and so on. The plus you can order another for your table if wanted. The waitress saw when we were all finished and she brought over take home trays as my bf and the kids had leftovers. They were all able to finish the remaining for lunch the next day. It microwaved well and evenly. They all said it was as tasty as it was when first ordered the previous day! That is always good especially when having leftovers! If you want a laid back experience with decent food you do not have to cook or pay a fortune to then this is your go to place. It is welcoming for a good family night, date night, friend pre game dinner or any other event/situation! If you go just take it easy, enjoy the atmosphere and relax knowing you will not be having to do the clean up upon finishing the meal! They do serve alcohol and their menu offers suggested pairing. Have a drink non or alcoholic and enjoy! I hope this helps!!! Stay Safe...
