Two points. Yes I've been to your store. I'm quite familiar with it. I've made a purchase. No I was not impressed. And no my low review has nothing to do with differing politics. On the contrary it appears that it's you who cannot tolerate others who do not agree with you as you have a reputation to harass others over petty things.

Your engagement with the public is very poor and some of your responses to these other reviews are proof of that. You are expected to utilize the feedback and try to improve on it. Not get mad, double down, and make condescending remarks. Work on that ego comrade. That's my advice.

My low rating will remain until I'm convinced that you've made an effort to work on your poor attitude and blatant disrespect for patrons who have spent their hard earned money in your establishment. The owner is a great person. Very business intelligent..meaning it makes customers feel like ppl not just dollars walking through his door. The staff is friendly! My bf George only buys from here..loves the juices especially chain reaction. He buys his coils...batteries..mods...anything to do with vamping. And did I say the owner is GREAT! we even allows us to take Diesel our American staffy in with us...he loves visiting the store. That means a lot to me with letting my furbaby in too. Some items I want...a purse..nd keeps saying next week lol...so maybe I should go next Saturday and ask about lay away...We are very loyal customers!!! See u next Saturday! I stumbled upon this place by chance and wandered in searching for butane for my extensive lighter collection. Upon entering, i was startled at the sight of a child behind the counter adjusting product and vape equipment. After standing at the counter for what seemed like an eternity, a faint cry could be heard from beyond the beaded curtain declaring they would be with me momentarily. Again I waited endlessly for assistance until a seemingly amphetamine fueled woman emerged asking what I needed. I asked for a can of butane made my purchase and left immediately.
