Finally writing a review after lapses/no contact from the piercer through one of her channels of communication (Instagram).
PROS: cute shop + jewelry options + women owned
CONS: I got my industrial jewelry changed out at her location and she was really friendly and kind. I also wanted to support small and women owned. Because of the hospitality, I brought my friends later that month and we all got new piercings. I got my nose pierced, and unfortunately am really unhappy with the healing and the lack of communication from the piercer. For reference, I've had several piercings and they've all healed well (from helixes to industrials). I paid a little less than $100 to get it pierced.
Was reading some other reviews and I didn't even get an info card that had my jewelry size, downsize date, or anything. I reached out several times about the healing and how there was a irritation bump forming and what I should do. There were several lapses in communication and all I got was questioning if I was using their saline spray and "oh no, just keep doing what you're doing". When wanting to "assess" it they asked a question and didn't even follow up on it.
I've traveling a lot and tried new piercers, and anytime there's an issue a piercer is quick to make their customer happy so they continue to come back and bring in more traffic by word of mouth. Unfortunately, I'm truly disappointed in the lack of communication and care for the customer once you walk out the door.
edit post reply: please note * I * had to suggest downsizing. When I asked for suggestions I was just recommended her saline spray. And the recommendations for pieces to use were all higher end pieces to make a buck, not even a small discount was offered to help (which I understand from a small business side), but still disappointing that’s all...

CONS: I recently got my nose pierced at Luna Estelle, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I wasn’t provided with much education about the procedure or aftercare, which I expected given the high price of $140 for a single nose piercing (including saline spray).
I’m unhappy with the placement and jewelry, and I regret not speaking up more during the appointment. This was my first time getting my nose pierced and I was very nervous. My mind went completely blank during the process and I really wish my piercer would've considered this during the consult (i.e. ask for inspiration photos, double check jewelry choice before purchasing, etc.).
At the end of the service, she provided an info card with her personal Instagram, the date, jewelry size, my two-month downsize date, and the recommended size to downsize to (no printed aftercare instructions). While this was helpful, it didn’t make up for the lack of guidance during the actual appointment.
I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you know exactly what you want and where you want it placed, as you may not receive the support or attention to detail you’d expect for the price.
UPDATE
I want to update my review after the owner's response. She was super understanding of my concerns and offered to help with a placement adjustment or jewelry change so I can be happy with my piercing. I really appreciate how professional and approachable she was, and I feel much more confident...
Read moreCame in to get my septum pierced. I've had several piercings including my nostril but as always, I get really nervous and anxious. Walking in, the ambiance is so calming and distressing, I already felt a little better. Even though they were tending to other customers, I was greeted by the other two employees as I walked in. When I got to the counter , I expressed my concerns and they quickly eased them while helping me pick my jewelry and getting me checked in. The lobby is very spacious and clean with very comfortable seating and refreshments while they prep and sterilize. When it was my turn, (I only waited maybe 10 minutes) the owner Meghan took me to the back to my individual private room. Being that I am a disabled vet that suffers from PTSD, it is a challenge for me to interact with people. Meghan was so patient and babystepped me through the whole process. Afterwards, even asked permission before she gave me a hug. They also give a leaflet with aftercare instructions, and a card with more info including gauge, change date . I will definitely be returning! In and out the door in probably 30 minutes.
BTW, prices are very easy...
