First time I use this company. I'm not a sports fan, but I know and am related to a lot of individuals that are. I looked up Nexus Clothing and they seem to be a reputable company that has good reviews and has a vast variety of products for a vast variety of sports/athletic teams. Suffice it to say this was going to be my go to company to get all my athletic gifts.
I ordered a potential Christmas gift item that ended up being too big, so I submit an exchange form which is denied because they don't have the size I'm trying to exchange it for available. I am now $60 in the hole with no other options than to look elsewhere because they don't have the size I would like to exchange it for. I'm forced to return it and in turn get charged a 15% restocking fee when I exhausted all options trying to purchase and stick with THIS company due to how amazing their online store looked and how good quality the material and items looked. When I contacted customer service explaining to them I am a first time customer and that I am fond of their products, but unfortunately due to their lack of inventory on the size I needed, am forced to look elsewhere for this particular product, they don't respond to me. I have to email them a total of two times to finally get their attention as to not miss the deadline for returns and I get stuck with a product that I won't have any use for considering it is too big. When they deign to respond to me they tell me they're still charging me the restocking fee because it wasn't their fault. No suggestion of a similar option to the one I'm looking for in the new suggested size, no type of consideration that I am a first time customer genuinely attracted to their products, no such help or initiated effort in trying to keep me a happy potential customer. That will be the last time I'm using them. I didn't buy a product to just return it for the hell of it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI paid extra for faster shipping, it took them more than a day to give it to the post office, so my package showed up late, 2nd this hat showed up folded bad and is bent, not only that it is cut weird, I have lots of new era hats and they are all even cut around this is even and then the cut goes upward all the way around the hat. Spent $50 on this hat and it's the worse new era hat I've ever gotten. I'm gonna go on a limb and say it's a fake or factory defect. You can save $10 or more and get it off of nfl shop and get a real hat that actually looks good. I will include a picture of how weird it looks from the side. I am not gonna waste my time with a return considering how long it took to get and also their site claims they charge a 15% restocking fee on all items unless it's on them.
