Subway — Restaurant in Hampton

Outrageous racist crooks - I am a regular customer. I Ordered the steak egg and cheese footlong and the turkey and cheese footlong and 6 oatmeal cookies. Buy one get one free. I've purchased the steak egg and cheese in the past and I'm aware of the fact that you're supposed to get four eggs on the sandwich. This time however I counted three eggs on the sandwich and it appeared as though there wasn't the normal amount of steak on the sandwich either. He also put the 6 cookies in a small bag instead of a box as advertised and had to come back to the counter to request the box to keep the cookies from being broken up. Upon finishing the sandwich I asked the manager Haseem if you're still supposed to get four eggs on the sandwich? He said no, that corporate has changed it from four to three eggs. Then I asked him how many eggs are you supposed to get on the 6-inch and he said one and a half and he said this in the presence of a female co-worker and his other co-worker Ian in the back. With the look on her face I knew what he said was not true. I asked him if that's all of the Subway restaurants and he said yes. I left the store went outside called two other restaurants who said that they put four eggs on the footlong sandwich, came back in the store and confronted him and then he changed his story and said he made a mistake and he would correct it. I'm alleging racism and deliberate harassment. I told him I wasn't interested in him correcting anything, I told him I no longer trust you and that I'm not sure why but I think he did it deliberately. I think he should be fired. Beyond that he made the allegation that in compensating for the absence of four eggs he gave me more steak which is also not true and irrelevant. The worst part is there used to be a clear glass where the ingredients are put on the sandwich now there's a stainless steel partition in that part of the sandwich making process at that particular restaurant which quite frankly All things considered is not good business. His activities make all of you look like racist.

I have never had problems with this location, but last night was terrible, ordered 10 sandwiches, a d not one was correct. We didn't get any of the bread we ordered, no cheese on our sandwiches, and all the ingredients were wrong. Called, they didn't answer, then called back today and they said well you need the sandwich to get a refund, I wasn't asking for a refund. But it would have been nice had they offered a free sandwich or something. I just wanted them to know they made NONE OF THE 10 SANDWICHES CORRECT! I even took pictures, we ate them after we scraped the spicey stuff off and took the stuff off we didn't want, well because it was late and we were hungry! I'm not going to save 10 sandwiches in hopes they will make it right the next day when after mine were wrong I got online and read all the bad reviews from online ordering! :( disappointed doesn't begin to explain my feelings right now. Our order- 8 footlong Turkey with Pepperjack on herb and cheese bread, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle, olives, oil, subway oil, spinach, and parm. 2 of those have green peppers and vinegar. Then 2 footlong on herb and cheese bread with Pepperjack Italian BMT double. With spinach, jalapeno, green peppers, olves, pickles, southwest dressing, vinegar, subway oil, and I think a few other things. None of them...

i am an employee here and just started working for this subway.. i have worked for a previous subway before and stopped because i moved to Virginia... this is the dirtiest subway I've ever been in i have no idea how we get so many customers.. if you come look at the line u can see it is dirty.. when i have my first employee sandwich the quality was so gross i haven't gotten another sandwich again... just yesterday i took half a scoop of tuna to my break and it tasted old and bad.. the "night manger" just stands there with no facial expression , doesn't welcome the customers in , and DOES NOT DO A SINGLE THING. if there is a line of customers and the employees are busting there butts making 30 sandwiches with people waiting he does not HELP! this is the most frustrating part not to mention its very hot in the store. very gross and unmanaged subway can't wait to get another job that is clean and where managers care about the store.. -a very...
