America’s Best Wings — Restaurant in Hampton

If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered 5 wings combo with Thai chili sauce which is also printed on my ticket. My food gets here and they are plain wings and ketchup packets. When I call the manager stated that wings do not come sauced and that I will have to pay 50cents extra for sauce. When asked why was there an option for many different sauces to have on the wings when they do not put sauce on whole wings the response I got was, "read online it says this and everybody know this” I am not from the area as I explained to him and I feel like I should be compensated for there mistake because if this was the case no one called me back to inform me of this instead took my money. When asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to give me one. I paid 13 dollars for plain wings and fries when on my receipt I paid for their Thai chili wings and fries. When asked how could I be compensated the manager stated that I can't. This is very unprofessional and the online ordering needs to be changed to reflect no sauces on whole wings. You can tell this is a franchise owned by people who shouldn't be franchise owners, let alone the restaurant industry period. Upon walking in I immediately smelt old burnt fryer oil. Looked at the menu for a few minutes, dude at the counter didn't greet me, just looked at me. I had said give me a minute I've never been here before...went straight to his phone. After deciding I wanted to try a buffalo chicken wrap, I stood right infront of the guy for a solid 3 minutes before he even acknowledged that I was still there. Then he was cool, asked if I wanted everything that normally comes on it, I said yeah im new here never tried it. Get my food drive 5 minutes down the road. Open up the box...literally a 1/4 inch of the entire bottom of the container was pure fryer oil in a soggy wrap with what I think was onions..no lettuce no tomato...not a drop of buffalo sauce, I dont even know what sauce was in it. It was top 3 worst things I've ever had from a takeout food place. I'm glad I didn't add fries to my order with how nasty the oil was. At least my bottled...

This place is a disgrace , I ordered from here on door dash and explained to the manager last time I had and issue with the wings combo it was cold and with blood inside he immediately told me it’s the door dash drivers fault the pick up so many orders and that’s why your food is Cold . I said Sir door dash driver didn’t cook my food you did and there was blood in it o no call door dash to fix that no sir your cooking it you should cook it well he then stayed I should leave inStructions on the site on how I want it done I explained to him I always do I always ask for crispy chicken. He said fine I’ll make it extra crispy I said no that will make it to hard . I then said can I speak to the manager he stated this is the manager how can I help you . He did nothing to solve the problem nor take responsibility for his actions I will be canceling my order and reporting them to door dash the more you report them door dash will take them down .
