TLDR: been here , maybe less than 10 times but more than 5 and each time has been a satisfying pleasant experience where I accomplished my goal. Whether it’s adhering to budget or going for pure potency or something rare and niche. I would recommend my mom to shop here. Solid place. Nice friendly staff. No black women with attitudes and they especially the white staff goes the extra mile( I say that bc during one of my last visits a white girl who checked me out checked into my account said I spent enough for another 8th at 5 bucks)(that’s solid asf) that’s why I recommend what I recommend it’s not hate its blunt honesty.
Long review. Basically over time from moon rocks , half oz, cheap 8ths during broke times. To carts and oil and concentrates for my ooze duplex vape. Every time I’ve come here I’ve been greeted by nice folks even when I’m goin thru rough times.
Knowledgeable individuals prior to the point of sale. Decently to darn effective product and distance wise it’s convenient.
Beneath I have the last purchase which was solid. Id give a high 6 out of 10 but for the price of 13.99 out the door. It’s a steal fa sho. I would def suggest studying the menu prior to arriving doing research on the strain genetics and observing what the taste profile should be and initial smell. Also look into the companies! On google type in the company name and put Reddit after it. You welcome. Anywho. I can talk forever about marijuana. So I’ll end here. Over all a solid...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked into Quality Roots, I realized this wasn’t just another dispensary—it was a vibe, a culture, and a standard. I've visited shops all over Michigan, and none have matched the blend of professionalism, passion, and community that Quality Roots radiates.
What struck me first was the staff—not just friendly, but genuinely invested in educating, guiding, and building relationships. I wasn’t treated like a transaction—I was treated like a guest. Shoutout to the budtenders who actually remembered my name and preferences on my second visit. That level of care? Rare.
The product selection? Curated excellence. From connoisseur-tier flower to hidden gem edibles I’ve never seen elsewhere, Quality Roots doesn’t just carry inventory—they curate experiences. It’s clear that whoever’s behind this operation has a vision far beyond sales—they're building a brand with heart.
The vibe of the space? Warm. Inviting. Elevated. It’s not just clean—it’s intentional. You feel like you’re in a space designed for the modern cannabis community: welcoming, stigma-free, and forward-thinking.
I don’t usually write reviews. But Quality Roots earned this. And if the ownership is reading: you didn’t just build a dispensary—you built a movement. Keep setting the standard. You’ve got something special here, and it’s only...
Read moreI placed an online order as usual and arrived to find a nice crowd, which is expected given the quality of your products and prices. The young lady, Carla, initially had trouble locating my order, but with some help, she found it and completed the transaction. There was a special offer for a free gram when you spend $25, but I wasn't aware of it since it wasn’t listed on the website. My total came to $24.79, just shy of the $25 threshold. Rather than mention this, the cashier, Carla, silently removed the extra gram from my bag and tucked it under the register. I had to ask her what was going on, and getting any information from her felt like pulling teeth. She acted as though the deal was a secret I wasn't supposed to know about. I asked to add a gummy to meet the $25 requirement, but even that seemed like a hassle for her. It got to the point where I just asked for any gummy, and I still don’t know exactly what I bought. What I do know is that this was the worst service I’ve ever received at Quality Roots. In the past, staff members have been helpful with recommendations and information, but Carla was not. I had been prepared to spend twice as much once I learned about the deal, but her attitude completely turned me off. For the first time, I left without...
