TLDR: been here , maybe less than 10 times but more than 5 and each time has been a satisfying pleasant experience where I accomplished my goal. I placed an online order as usual and arrived to find a nice crowd, which is expected given the quality of your products and prices. The young lady, Carla, initially had trouble locating my order, but with some help, she found it and completed the transaction.There was a special offer for a free gram when you spend $25, but I wasn't aware of it since it wasn’t listed on the website. My total came to $24.79, just shy of the $25 threshold. Rather than mention this, the cashier, Carla, silently removed the extra gram from my bag and tucked it under the register. I had to ask her what was going on, and getting any information from her felt like pulling teeth. She acted as though the deal was a secret I wasn't supposed to know about.
