When we first got there to fix the screen of the phone, we had explained that the camera on the phone was broke and blurry and how much it would be to fix it. He said $30 to fix the camera. On top of the $90 to fix the screen. When we came back he wasn’t able to turn the phone back on it was completely dead, he had said the phone wasn’t charging or turning on it would turn on then shut off. I took the phone while it was on and looked at the camera to see if it was fixed, and it wasn’t it was still blurry so i asked him and he began to say that he told us it was 30$ for the lens which he never said he said he could fix the camera as we try to turn on the phone it wouldn’t show it charging it would say at 0%, as we sat in the car figuring it out in the settings it said the battery was changed along with the screen. We went back and he had try to mind play and down play what he did and when confronted about it he began to shake. When we first received the phone he said we can’t fix if your phone begins to go black, you have 5 days to come back if touch doesn’t work. He knows what he did wasn’t right. This place you will go in with one problem and come out with many more. Do not recommend this PLACE AT ALL. They have no clue at all how to fix phone, they put in foreign pieces too then cause more issues for your phone cause it doesn’t recognize it. He knew it right away, because that was the first thing he had said to us was if it begins to go black it’s “not our fault” went for a screen changing and he changed the battery??? I went to get my iPhone 14 screen repaired and from the begging the men tried to up the price from when I called .. so I leave my phone there and when I g eat it back I notice that I can’t make any calls and the touch sensitivity is bad .. I can barely swipe or text .. I swear I should have stayed there while I notice these flaws .. so I to ought make it had to do with my service .. anyways I call Verizon tech and go to a store so they can further assist me and turns out the person who installed this screen messed up the inside of the phone and messed with the emi of my phone .. I went to try to get a refund or if he can fix my phone and right away he was just giving attitude and not understanding what I was telling him .. he blamed it on me I would not recommend this store to anyone !! So unprofessional!! They are not honest and they should have at least a little bit more compassion with customers and their problems.. I wish he would have at least offered to see if he can fix the screen back on properly but instead he just started screaming and denying everything saying that no refunds !! Honestly a zero would be more on point, came in to fix my boyfriends phone screen of course when I called they gave me a price when we showed up that price went way up, so they fixed the screen, but they damaged the back of the phone but covered it with a phone case, yes it's our fault for not checking it when we got it, 3 weeks later the screen stopped working, we took it to the T-Mobile store and they told us that the repair shop took out out something from inside the phone that was causing the issues. Long story short, sometimes when your desperate you make stupid choices. And bringing the phone here was a huge mistake

Side note, if you didn't read correctly I said it was our fault for not double checking the phone before we left, we were desperate to get it fixed so that the last thing we did was check the phone.
