WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. It was painful and I was left with damaged, hideous nails that weren’t even shaped before I left the salon. For my wedding, I had had GelX done in Las Vegas. They’d grown out for a couple weeks and I wanted them removed. When I went in, I was told to sit at a table in the back. People were kind of ignoring me, so I sat at one of the tables then asked where I was supposed to be sitting then moved to the table they indicated. A 30-something year old man comes from the back and hands me the color Menu while getting started on my nails after I told him I would like to get them removed today. He had finished filing one down when he asked me what color I’d like and I said no color please, I’d just like them removed. I’m not sure if this is a faux pas or something, I’ve never had GelX and it seemed like a reasonable request to me. But he seemed annoyed and removed the rest of my nails by literally just ripping them off from the side. It was SO painful I was biting the inside of my cheeks and watching the TV to distract myself. A couple times I had to yank my hand back because it hurt so badly. Once he was done, he clipped the nails so they were straight across the top, totally uneven and not shaped with a file, then took my money and waved me off. He didn’t speak to me the whole time. Wish I had taken a photo to show how disgusting my nails were, but I was so disturbed the first thing on my mind was to cut them once I got home. I would never go to a place who treats their customers like this, had to leave a review so people know...

DO NOT COME HERE! Please save your money and your time and do not come here. My nails are messed up after coming here. I came here with family for waxing, a pedicure and manicure. The woman who did my wax ws unprofessional. She answered the phone throughout our session and left the door open. The room was also unorganized and disshelved.

During our manicure, she left to do someone else's nails in the middle of our manicure and then lied about the reason why. She said our nails had to "dry" but there's no drying time to dipping powder. She also cut into my nail bed.

They also waited until THE END of the service to tell us that they don't accept cash. I had to walk 20 minutes to the nearest functioning ATM to get cash. This place is terrible. The nails are poorly done and the service we received was horrendous.

Save your money and your time. Go someplace else that values...

It was terrible and when they realized I was from out of town they charged more. $65.00 for a fill and fix one nail.. the place was really dirty.. you had to enter at the Back like a criminal. They accepted cash only . They do not exercise any of the proper health requirements especially now during this pandemic. They use the same towel and paper towel for person after person. They don’t clean their equipment between clients and they use the same Emory board time after time on multiple clients. The person doing my nails stopped halfway through to take care of another client with all the same equipment and then without washing hands started back to me.. I asked what precautions are you taking and was told” this whole Covid thing is a joke!”... attitude is everything and...
