Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hanford

Me and my wife try going every day to get our favorite drink which is a capuchino blast and with it we get our quency card stamped to be able to get the free 16oz drink for free. Unfortunately the drive true is always so busy. At first we thought our drinks where worth the wait, not the case anymore. The drive through is always so busy and if you try parking in the baskin Robbins lot it is impossible to get back out into the street. The manager parks her car in the back blocking the only exit there is. When I asked if there was a chance of moving it so we could exit she saw it better to ask the people entering the drive through to move there cars instead while her cars remains blocking the drive through exit. I ordered six clown ice cream’s yesterday to be ready to pick up at 11 AM today. I picked up my ice cream and put them straight in the freezer and did not realize that I was only given three of the six that I paid for. A gentleman from Baskin-Robbins had called me a couple of hours later and let me know what it happened and that I could come back and pick up my other three. It was not a problem at all I didn’t mind, things happen until I went to pick them up. I was given my other three and I ordered a single scoop of ice cream which after having to come back across town a second time I should’ve been giving for free but wasn’t and then when I got to the park to eat my ice cream I was not given a spoon...

I promised my 6 yr old ice cream, came in to the store usually they greet us, there was three workers, and non offered to ask nicely. Poor customer service from all 3 workers. They just looked at me, and they seemed rushed and the girl that helped me ( Jayleen) kept repeating herself “is that all “ like 3 times. I’m disappointed because getting ice cream is something everyone loves and their attitude was not ok. I asked Jayleen a question and she answered in a condescending way. Not cool at all.
