Robinson's Interiors Carpet One Floor & Home — Local services in Hanford

First I started reading reviews from Home Depot and I always read the lowest reviews first. After reading reviews I decided to look elsewhere. Robinson's commercials seemed to be on every TV channel I watch. So of course I read the reviews and that's when we went to Robinson's store in Hanford.

Jacob was very helpful after I explained what I wanted. Kitchen, dining room and hallway in vinyl. Carpet in living room, hallway and bedrooms. I also said I would like this done in phases. Jacob said they would work with me. Three days later Steve came out and measured my floors.

Because of the condition of my floors we were told that the kitchen, dining room and hallway (in vinyl) would possibly take 2/3 days to complete and one day to lay the carpet. When the crew showed up they got right to work. What should have taken 2/3 days to lay the vinyl these guys finished in 10 hours! Then they came back a week later (at my request) and installed the carpet. My floors now look amazing! I would definitely recommend Robinson's. Get it done right the first time and go with Robinson's Interiors Carpet One...

We needed to replace our kitchen, dining, and laundry room floor. I wanted a good waterproof floor, that would be easy to clean. I went to 7 or 8 places and found my favorite floor at Robinsons. Jim Hickcox helped me and he was very nice and informative. I took vinyl tiles home and decided on a Sunday to get an estimate. I anticipated leaving a message, but Jim answered. He was off, but came out that day to measure. I had gotten another estimate for a similar floor, and they were $20 difference, so I knew this was a reasonable price. This was my favorite, and Jim said he had fabulous installers. On install day, I was told they would arrive at 8am, and at 759 they were at the door. Jeff and his helper were courteous, pleasant and did a fabulous job. I’ve had the floor a month, and I love it. It’s has a protective coat that releases the stain easily. I am able to use a mop with water, and it cleans beautifully. Much easier than my old linoleum. Good quality products, good prices, and great people. I highly recommend...

Robinson’s flooring has completed 2 projects for us now. We received top notch customer service from the 1st day we went into the showroom to pick out the flooring, to the completion of both projects. Robinson’s prices are the best in town, and the quality of their products and the craftsmanship of their work was outstanding! We had luxury vinyl waterproof flooring installed and it looks beautiful and flawless. The crew that installed our flooring was very knowledgeable, professional, very polite and respectful. They even went above and beyond by bringing my wife and I donuts for breakfast. Rich was the sales associate that helped us pick out our flooring and did the estimate for both projects. Rich is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are superb. Ross was the project manager of the 2 man crew that worked on our floors and they are both Amazing. Thanks again...
