I am very disappointed in the service I received from the company. They sold our company a drill that does not work and would not take it back nor give credit for the purchase.

They are stating company policy - No returns after 48 hours.

This was not enough time to know that the drill batteries was not taking the charge. We tried charging the batteries over a few days and thought the batteries was charged. Took the drill to a few job and it did not work.

The company should stand behind their sales longer then 2 days. So they just took our money and gave us nothing in return but a piece of equipment that...

I have a long history with this place. I've come to the conclusion that they are shifty dishonest and greedy. I've taken like a bag with different items in there and pawned them. When I I got them out and got home there were items missing. Worst pawn shop in mid west. Have a laptop completely refurbished and rebuilt and runs beautifully has windows 10 8G of ram and they refused to take it because of the year it was built.
