This company is horrible. To make an extremely long story shorter, the delivery drivers argued with me, didn't bring the correct tools, and scratched, bent, and damaged my refrigerator that I ordered. I called and told management and they were going to give me a new refrigerator since the one delivered was damaged. I asked to not have the same delivery drivers and I was promised I wouldn't. The day of the 2nd delivery arrives and the one delivery driver that dented and scratched the first one was back to deliver the new one. well guess what happens, my new one is dented and scratched as well from the delivery guys. Aarons only credited me 2 or so payments which is a bunch of bull. I had to take off two days of work to be home for the deliveries. The two payments that were taken off doesn't even cover the work hours I missed. The new refrigerator is dented and scratched, the one door won't stay open, and a divider that was in the freezer of the first refrigerator is missing out of the new one. i called several times about this only to get the run around. I was told they started my contract over minus those 2 payments that way i can start fresh. starting the contract over doesn't help the way my refrigerator looks. there was no remorse and no phone calls back about the missing piece. i feel like i was ripped off. God forbid a payment is missed during the pandemic. They sure don't care, they send people to your house to collect without any remorse.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AARONS AGAIN AND I WILL DETER ANYONE I CAN FROM SHOPPING...
Ā Ā Ā Read morewent looking for a mattress came out with bed frame and dresser. people are nice and friendly but when it comes to delivering they suck. they told us they would be at our place by a certain time but they were 2 hours late and they even had the nerve to call and not even want to deliver our bed. But they came anyways (the guy who called said to me well i guess im work late tonight)they came and set everything up but couple days later boyfriend goes to bed and bed collapses!!! so I called them in the morning to tell them to come fix it. the lady on the phone told me "i dont know if we can make it out today" well you better cause we dont have anything else to sleep on. i called back and told the another lady that my boyfriend looked at why it collapsed here they DID NOT SCREW THE PARTS TOGETHER!!!! they just THROUGH IT TOGETHER!! she told me they will be out to our place by 5pm !! what can i say right now here it is 615pm!!! AN HOUR LATE!! this is really unsatisfying!! very pissed right now...I could have done something with my day instead i had to WAIT FOR THEM TO COME THATS EVEN IF THEY DO!! i think i might give them 2 starts 2 points for being nice people!
FYI UPDATE: IT IS NOW THE NEXT DAY NO ONE SHOWED UP TO FIX OUR BED. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK EITHER TO TELL US THEY WERENT COMING!! WE SLEPT ON THE FLOOR!! VERY PISSED!!! VERY...

I mentioned that the delivery was very professional and the process to get the furniture was pretty fast...well, as time went on I noticed that my balance was different from what I was told...on the first couple of months I made big payments to bring the balance down so I could have smaller payments in the future but that was NOT the case. Also the guy who sold me the furniture said to me on my second payment " oh it looks like my manager gave you a discount so you have a different balance"...then the next month I showed up in person to make my third payment...the same tall guy took my payment and told me..."I'm sorry we made a mistake...there's no discount...we actually forgot to add one piece of furniture" this is very unprofessional and my payoff balance still remains the same from the same first day I acquired the furniture despite paying already a couple thousand of dollars...also they have a really weird way to apply the payments to your balance...they don't look at the whole amount but rather are deducting to each piece of furniture individually plus tax, fees, etc to make it confusing for you the customer. Please stay away from this company they are not honest people, you will be wasting your...
