Y la cajera me notifica que solo me puede devolver el dinero que paguĂ© de diferencia y que no podĂa devolverme el restante. Le indiquĂ© que eso no hace sentido porque no me estaba quedando con ningĂșn jeans. Me trato como si yo no entendiera lo que ella estaba diciendo (ya que habĂa barrera de idioma). Le expliquĂ© que si la estaba entendiendo y que no hacĂa ningĂșn sentido lo que ella decĂa. No le costo mas remedio que llamar a la gerente y la misma gerente sin ningĂșn titubeo hizo la devoluciĂłn. Terrible customer service. There is always a long line and few cash registers. Also today, 12/31/2024, I went to exchange a pair of jeans that was an exchange for another pair of jeans at another Burlington. And the cashier notifies me that she can only return the money I paid as a difference and that she could not return the rest. I told her that this makes no sense because I was not keeping any jeans. She treated me as if I did not understand what she was saying (since there was a language barrier). I explained to her that I was understanding her and that what she was saying did not make any sense. She had no choice but to call the manager and the same manager without any hesitation made the refund. And this cashier did not even have the courtesy to recognize that she was the one who was wrong and continued to treat me as if I were the problematic one.
