I placed an online delivery order to surprise a friend for his Birthday. I received a phone call that they were unable to fulfill the delivery because they were too busy. The sales associate said I was more than welcome to pick up the order myself. I live more than an hour away, so that was not a great option. The only other option was to have my friend pick up his own birthday surprise himself. I paid the $5 delivery fee so the sales associate said she would add the birthday flags to the order to offset the delivery charge. So I called my friend to wish him a happy birthday and ask him to go pick up his own birthday surprise. (AWKWARD FEELING) Once he received it he sent a picture of the order. There were no flags. So I called the same sales associate again to ask about the flags. She forgot to add them to the order. She said she spoke to a manager and that they would credit my card the $5 for the order not being delivered or having the birthday flags. It has been almost a week and I have not received the credit, so I called to follow up. I spoke to the same sales associate and was told they were unable to credit my card, but that I did have an in store credit of $5. Read moreI ordered for curbside pickup. I went to pick up and the number I called to let them know I arrived kept hanging up on me. Finally, I was able to talk to someone and she had an attitude as soon as I said curbside order. She brings our order and practically drops the cake into my hands. Then when I said we had also ordered the plates, forks, etc, she rolled her eyes turned back to go inside walking slowly and then when she came back out I said thank you, she said "mmm hmmm" and turned away and walked inside. RUDE. I didn't catch her name but she was a young African American girl with long thin braids down past her back. If you don't want to be bothered with curbside orders, remove that as an option when ordering online. I had my toddler in the car, who'd fallen asleep. I parked in front and called them, stating that I'd rather not come in since I don't wanna wake and unbuckle him and put him back in. I asked if I should order online or if I could just do it on the phone, Greg said that I could do it on the phone.
