I placed and order this morning for a 6 count cookie for curbside to be picked up between 4:50-5:10pm. I pulled up to the store at 5:00pm and no parking spaces available for curbside or even near the store. So I had to park far away, I walked into the store and waited for about 20 min to be able to speak to the person at the register. All I wanted to tell her was that I had placed an online order and it was for curbside but since there was no parking spots available I decided to go inside the store. All she said was ok never asked for my name or any information. The employee at the register starts yelling ā if you placed an order for banana pudding thereās no more, we are sold out. Till in about 2 hoursā A customer got upset because she said she had just paid for her order which included a banana pudding cup, not even 10 min ago. So the customer asked the lady at the register why would she take the customer order knowing they were sold out on banana pudding. The employee raised her voice and rudely told the customer āas you can see thereās a lobby full of people that placed orders for banana pudding before you , so you can either substitute for something else or get a refund!!!!! By now itās 5:47pm and Iām still waiting for my order. While other customers that where walking in and placing orders right there and then where getting their orders within minutes. So I decided to approach the employee at the register very politely and I said ā excuse me maāamā the employee reply ā I canāt help you you, you have to wait, Iām talking to someone elseā I looked behind me, on each side and no one was near me that looked like she was talking to. So I said āI just have a question about my order I placed and I been waiting for over 45 minutesā. She got very loud cut me off and said ā I donāt care, Iām not talking to youā I was in complete disbelief that and employee had just pretty much yelled at me in front of a full lobby of customers. I told her the way she had talked to me and the other customer I witnessed her raising her voice to was not ok. I asked her for her name and she said her name was Jessica and she was the store manager. As one of the other employees gave me my order she apologized for the way Jessica had treated me. I can not tell you how upset I left this location and needless to say I will not return and Iāll make sure to let everyone I know how I was treated at this store by the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo many different flavors and so many choices each week. When it comes to cookies and surprises, I canāt help but to find it hard to be disappointed.
On the first look, I considered these cookies to be āhuge as hell,ā being the perfect size for one to decide whether to share it or not. If not, cookie prices are quite affordable and proportional for their size and the amount of labor. Having the option to tip directly, warms my heart.
Whether it be Motherās Day or what have you, it is the perfect gift for lazy people such as myself to put off finding a REAL gift lol Iām not a paid actor, but Crumbl has essentially become my religion since being a skeptic literally two weeks ago.
The line may seem long but the staff is handing out boxes every minute (second) or two. Soon being the last one in line, I waited about roughly 1 minute after ordering from the app because everyone had already left as soon as I finished ordering from the app lol Even on the busiest night, it was ready much before the app told me they were. I only waited 4 or 5 minutes. DONT BE DETERRED BY THE LINE, Itās WAYYY faster than what it seems because of diverse and convenient ordering options for each customer.
The business strategy is superb. Short and sweet; straight to the point with mobile orders and from the store when itās busy. I like to make choices: Curbside or order both work for me, but both delivery and shipping, too?! Tips for employees and independent contractors for third party courier services is paying it forward, treat your community well and they will do the same! Crumbl is making the right moves and Iād like to see this type of strategy with other stores. I canāt seem to find...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE ALERT... 09 Mar 23 I've put them back up to 4 stars flavors lately have been on point .13 jul 22....had to change from 3 stars to 4 i tried the lemon cupcake, double fudge brownie, chocolate toffee cake and frosted strawberry pop tart cookies. All flavors were slamming. Still on the fence about pricing though hence no 5 star at this time. š¤©š¤©š¤© Not that impressed....more to follow.....ok here we go I tried the red velvet, chocolate chip, Boston cream pie, and snickerdoodle cookies from crumbl. Very disappointed in the red velvet, other than the coloring of the cookie it didn't remind me of the cake it's named after. Taste like a regular cookie to me no hint of the taste you get from a red velvet cake. The flavors were ho hum and nothing special at all ... nothing to have me running back for more. I also think the cookies are way too expensive, yes they are large but tasted underbaked. I've tasted better cookies from the HEB and Walmart bakeries at a far lower price. Crumbl highlights different flavors weekly, so I will keep you updated on my likes and dislikes hopefully my next visit will have a different outcome.š“š“. 13 Oct 22 tried the pink velvet cake, raspberry lemonade, pink doughnut, cake batter blonde cookies for this week, in two words not impressed. Hopefully next week will be...
